By the direction of the District Election Officer, all the Principals of constituent and affiliated colleges are hereby informed that in view of the Election Counting centre in JNTUK, Kakinada Campus, the University Examination Centre will not provide any offline student services including TATKAL PCs, ODs & Migration Certificates from 24/05/24 (Friday) to 06/06/2024 (Thursday). Online services will be continued as usual.

QUALIFYING MARKS FOR AP EAMCET 2024 – Pass Marks

The qualifying percentage of marks for the AP EAMCET-2024 is 25% of the maximum marks considered for ranking. However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed. But their admission will be limited to the extent of seats reserved for such categories (vide G.O.Ms. No. 179, LEN&TE, dated 16.06.1986). As per 25%, AP EAMCET Pass mark is 40 out of 160.

AP EAMCET 2024 RESULTS

The results for AP EAMCET exam 2024 will be announced in June. The counselling will start after declaration of results and rank cards.

1. Evaluation: Every care will be taken to avoid errors in the evaluation, checking, scrutiny, tabulation and ranking.

2. Ranking:

a. Candidates shall be ranked in the order of merit as explained in the Annexure-IV.

b. Rank obtained in AP EAMCET-2024 is valid for admission to the courses mentioned in the application form for the academic year 2024-25 only.

d. Rank obtained with the benefit of relaxation of the minimum qualifying marks at AP EAMCET-2024 by any candidate claiming as SC/ST Category will be cancelled in case the claim is found to be invalid at the time of admission to any course of study in any participating University / Institution.

Gradation structure of the examination results:

The maximum grade point of the gradation system is 10 and the corresponding Grade and marks range is A1 and 91-100 respectively. The other grades are A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D, E1, E2 with grades of 9.0, 8.0, 7.0, 6.0, 5.0, 4.0, C, C respectively. The marks for A2 is 81-90, for B1 is 71-80, B2 is 61-70, for C1 is 51-60, for C2 is 41-50, for D is 33-40, 21-32 for E1 and 0-20 for E2.
