Any incidence of sexual harassment may be brought to the notice of University/ committee for appropriate action. In case of need, the aggrieved can contact

JNTUK Promotion Rules For 3rd year From 2nd Year During 2014-15 Batch :

Sub: JNTUK Affiliated Colleges – List of detained candidates at end of B. Tech. II Year during the academic year 2014-15 – Implementation of Academic Regulations – Regarding.

You are aware that. the B. Tech. students who have not fulﬁlled the minimum requirements are to be detained as per the academic regulations in force.

JNTUK Promotion Rules (R13) from 2nd year to 3rd year 2014-15. The applicable regulation of minimum credits (R13) for the students admitted in the year 2013 for the promotion to III year is

“A student will be promoted from II year to III year if he fulfills the academic requirement of 40% of the credits up to II year I semester from all the examinations, whether or not the candidate takes the examinations and secures prescribed minimum attendance in II year II semester. ”

The Principals of the affiliated Colleges shall send the list of detained candidate who failed to fulfill the minimum academic regulation immediately Director, Academic and Planning and Director of Evaluation. The Principals can conditionally allow the students by taking an undertaking in case if declaration of any result is pending. However, their continuation in higher class is subjected to the fulfillment of minimum academic regulations.

JNTUK Promotion Rules (R10) from 3rd year to 4th year 2014-15 :

JNTUK Promotion Rules (R10) from 3rd year to 4th year 2014-15. The applicable regulation of minimum credits (R10) for the students admitted in the year 2012 for the promotion to final year is

“A student shall be promoted from third year to fourth year only if he fulfills the academic requirements of 40% of the credits up to III year I Semester from all the examinations or 40% of the credits up to III year II Semester from all the examinations, irrespective of whether the candidate takes the examinations or not.”

JNTUK All University Examinations Scheduled on 11-08-2015 Are Postponed, JNTUK University Postponed the Exams Scheduled on 11-08-2015 Due to Ap State Bandh on 11-08-2015. AP Educational and all other Unions overall State bandh on 11-08-2015.

Jntuk University Released the Notification About Postponement of Exams on 11-08-2015 Due to Ap State bandh Called By AP Student JAC and other Political Parties. and also Jntu Ananthapur Universities also Rescheduled their activities / Exams on 11-08-2015. So, As of Now in Jntuk Affliated Colleges JNTUK B.Tech 1-1 R13, R10 Supplementary Exams Should Starts from 11-08-2015.

But Due to Protests for Special Status for Andhra Pradesh All Educational institutes had taken a Decision to Declare a Postponement of all Activities on 11-08-2015. In this Situation JNTUK Postponed all the Exams on 11-08-2015 and Rescheduled. Reschedule Dates will Intimate later.

JNTUK 69th Independence Day Celebrations – Conduct of March Past

Sub:- J.N.T. University, Kakinada — Independence Day Celebrations – Conduct of March Past — Regarding.

I by the direction of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor happy to inform to you that J.N.T. University, Kakinada is conducting a March Past on the occasion of Independence Day Celebration on 15th August, 2015.

In this regard, I request you to depute eight students (4 Girls & 4 Boys) from each college and University players of each college to participate in the event. All the colleges have to bring their college ﬂags in a unique format (as shown in the
enclosure).

In this regard, the Principals of the Constituent & Afﬁliated Colleges are requested to depute their students and University participants. They should report to the Mr. G. Syam Kumar, Assistant Professor & Secretary, University Intercollegiate
Tournaments on 14-08-2015 at 03-30 p.m. positively. All the participants will be provided with free lodging and boarding facility. The University players have to wear the University Track Suits. Your whole hearted co-operation is expected-in making this event a grand success.

New Andhra student JAC’s expressed: On demanding for special status to Andhra pradesh JAC’s Leader Ayya Swami declared a state wide bundh on this 11th August.Ayya swami visited Nagarjuna University Investigation Committee and where he spoke to the media there.On special status issue,he started a program in sending 10,000 postal cards to Prime Minister and President.He also spoke about the recent incident occured in ANU about rishitheswari’s death and added that,about the rishitheswari’s case, it should be disscused with the sitting judge in the high court and also demanded to arrest the principal of the college and 20 Lakh should be giving to the family of the rishitheswari’s family.

Apart from this it is declared as bundh on 11th august for getting special status to Andhra Pradesh.And even Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said TDP would continue its struggle till the central government accords special status to the state.Addressing a meeting of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Vijayawada, he said Andhra Pradesh’s case for special status was different.

The chief minister said the state was not divided by the previous UPA government in an equitable manner. He said justice was not done to Andhra Pradesh and hence special status was being sought.He made it clear that TDP, which is a partner in National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government at the centre, will continue its efforts to get the special status for the state.

And to have the special status,the JAC’s support is also high in this and in accordance to that,this 11th August is declared as bundh for all educational institutions for supporting to the special status for Andhra Pradesh.
