Prabhakar Rao, JNTUK, Kakinada, it is informed that Centre for Entrepreneurship Development JNTUK, Kakinada is conducting a two day workshop i.e., 19^th & 20^th December, 2014 on “EXPLORING ENTERPRENEURSHIP OPPORTUNITIES IN ANDHRA PRADESH” at Sri Vishnu Educational Society, Bhimavaram for B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, M.B.A, & M.C.A students of West Godavari District. This programme is conducted in association with Sri Vishnu Educational Society, Bhimavaram, and Sasi Institute of Technology & Engineering, Tadepalligudem. Hence, you are requested to depute 30 to 40 students (maximum) and faculty co-ordinator from your institute from the above courses and make the programme a grand success.

AP and Telangana Epass Scholarship Application released and Last Date Also Released. it is For 2014-2015 Academic Year. Andhra Pradesh Govt. is providing financial assistance to students who belong to economically backward section. The reservation candidates belongs to SC/ST/BC categories with lower income levels are eligible to claim e-pass scholarship. The students who are perusing their undergraduate courses in state of AP are eligible to get the scholarship from AP Govt. The eligible students to get e-pass Scholarship can apply online through, www.apepass.cgg.gov.in. AP Govt. has announced scholarship notification for students for the year 2014-2015. The candidates who are eligible to claim scholarship have been already applied through online within the specified dates announced by the AP Govt. Now students can get updated with their e-pass scholarship status 2014 on the Official Website of AP Govt. , www.apepass.cgg.gov.in.

For Applying The Epass Scholarship Renewal Registration we need some documents for further verifications.its for all the castes those who are poor. So many Students are not aware of Epass Scholarship Renewal Registration.it is very careful while applying because without having careful you application must not approve. so for the students sake we are showing step by step process.

You Must Require Following Documents before Applying Epass Scholarship Renewal

Prerequisits for Renewal Registration Process for the Academic Year 2014-15

1) a) All the Students Registering on the epass website must have a Aadhar card of .

i)Self ii)Father and iii)Mother

b)If you do not have Aadhar Card, go to the nearest Aadhar Enrollment centre for Enrollment .

b) If you have enrolled for Aadhar and have Enrollment Number(EID). with you, then verify your Aadhar status.Click Here to verify status of Aadhaar)

2) Incase of change of Bank account, open your Zero balance account in any of the nationlized banks (Click here for the list of nationalised banks). Bank account not required For EBC students.

3)Student should have a Mobile Number for receiving One Time Password for registration (Mobile number may belong to the student or any one of his/her family members).

4) Study/Bonafide Certificates for the last 7 consecutive years of study, for the students who are Native of Andhra Pradesh, Studying in Telangana and the students who are native of Telangana, studying in Andhra Pradesh, for confirmation of local status in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

5) Nativity Certificate issued after 02-06-2014 by the Tahsildar through meeseva by the students belonging to EBC / OC-Minorities / OC-Physically challenged categories.

6) Furnish PAN Card No. of the student and also father and mother of the student, if available.

7) Furnish Four Wheeler Vehicle Registration No. of the student and also father and mother of the student, if available.

Guidelines for the submission of Online Application for obtaining the Original Degree in IV Convocation of JNTUK

Guidelines for the submission of Online Application for obtaining the Original Degree in IV Convocation of JNTUK – Reg

Eligibility:
The candidates who are graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada during the academic year 2012-2013 and obtained their Provisional Degree certificates on or before 23-JAN-2014 and not received their Original Degree certificate under Pre-Convocation are eligible for obtaining their Original Degree certificates in IV Convocation.

How to register for Convocation:
The candidates have to register for IV Convocation by payment of Rs. 1500.00 and then submitting application through online only. The eligible candidates can start registration by log on to www.jntukexams.net and by submitting their Hall ticket number under Apply for Convocation.

Making online payment:
The convocation fee amount can be paid either by making online Payment (using Master/Visa Credit/Debit (ATM) cards) or by making the payments at any branch of SBI using the on-line Challan generated by this Online Convocation Application.

After entering the Hall ticket number under Apply for Convocation, control will be transferred to State Bank collect page. Read and accept the terms and conditions in disclaimer clause of SBI and click Proceed.

Select Original Degree fee and provide the details of the candidate viz. hall ticket number, Name, Course, Branch, year of passing, contact number, e-mail ID, etc and click on submit. Verify the payment details and confirm.

Select the payment options among Net banking, Debit/Credit cards, SBI branch challan payment and make the necessary payment. Take a printout of payment details and preserve for further use. The candidate can take printout of e-Receipt of State Bank Collect payment at any time by providing information like contact number, Date of birth, date of payment, etc in the State Bank Collect page.

Submission of online application: After the successful payment of Rs. 1500.00 through State Bank Collect, the candidate need to log on to www.jntukexams.net and submit their Hall ticket number under Apply for Convocation. Enter the bank payment reference number (DU number), contact number given in bank details and click on Submit.

Provide your personal details viz. name and father name (strictly as per SSC), gender, postal address for OD dispatch, contact number(s), e-mail ID and click on Next.

Submit the educational details of the candidate viz. degree to be awarded, Branch/Specialization, Month and Year of passing, PC no, PC Sl No, Date of issue of Provisional certificate. Upload your passport size decent colour photograph in jpg/jpeg format (max. size is 100kB) to print on your original degree. Upload the scanned copies of SSC, PC, CMM (B.Tech and B.Pharm. only) (in pdf and size between 50 kB to 200kB each) and semester marks memos (in pdf/Zip/Rar and size less than 500kB) and submit the application.

After successful completion of application, the application will be given a unique application number. Quote this application number for all further correspondences of this application. Download the “Application for the issue of Original Degree” sign on the signature of the Student after verifying the details; affix a recent colour passport size photograph and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer. Send the attested copy of the application by post to the Controller of Examinations, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, Kakinada – 533003, Andhra Pradesh, India by writing “OD Application” on the top of the cover.

List of details and documents required to apply for Original degree online:

1. Payment Details viz. Hall ticket number, Bank payment reference number (DU number) and contact number given during payment.

2. Student details viz. Hall ticket number, Name (As per SSC), Gender, Fathers Name (As per SSC), contact number, e-mail ID.

3. Academic details viz. Course, Branch, year of passing, class awarded.

4. Complete postal address for OD dispatch.

5. Details of Provisional degree details viz. PC no, PC Sl No, Date of issue of Provisional degree.

5. Passport size decent colour photograph (in jpg/jpeg format and size less than 100kB).

6. Scanned copies of SSC, PC, CMM (B.Tech and B.Pharm. only) (in pdf and size between 50 kB to 200kB each). and all semester marks memos (in pdf/Zip/Rar and size less than 500kB).
