Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2019 Application Form – Housing For All Apply Online

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Online application form 2019 for phase III is presently accessible. The PMAY Online application can be filled by the eligible aspirants. Urban poor can apply for PMAY scheme to avail the financial help from the central government. Under this scheme, the Indian Government will provide the housing facility to the poor living in urban and rural areas. PM Awas Yojana scheme was introduced in 2015 and 2 phases have been completed as of now. Under this scheme, many of the beneficiaries from urban (also rural areas) have availed the housing facility under this scheme.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Eligibility 2019

  • The applicants’ age limit must be less than 70 years.
  • The beneficiary and his family members will not hold any dwelling/ pucca house in any area of India.
  • Beneficiary’s annual income must be less than 3 lakhs. And he must belong to the EWS category.
  • LIG (Low Income Group) applicants must have an annual income of Rs 3 to 6 lakh per month.
  • To avail the house, in the ownership one of the family member must be a woman. The land will be granted jointly to the male and female adult pair.

How to apply PM Awas Yojana 2019

PMAY Application can be filled online at pmaymis.gov.in or the applicants can fill up the offline form by acquiring it from any of the Common Service Centres established by the government of states and Union Territories by paying a nominal cost of Rs 25.

The process to apply for PMAY Scheme through online

Step 1: Visit the official portal of PMAY

Initially, visit the PMAY official website, pmaymis.gov.in. On the homepage, click on the corresponding link to apply PMAY.

 

Step 2: Select the Citizen Assessment link

Click on the “Citizen Assessment”. Now, select the relevant option “for slum dwellers” and “benefits under other 3 components”.

Step 3: Enter Aadhar Number

Now, the applicants will be prompted to enter the Aadhar card information in the provided column.

Step 4: Fill the required details

 

Now, the applicants have to fill up the application form with required information such as the beneficiary name, contact information, bank account details, and other required information.

Step 5: Save the PMAY application

 

After filling up the application form check it once clearly and mark a disclaimer. Enter the captcha code and click on the save button. Take a printout of the filled application form.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Instructions

  • Applicants who wish to fill up the PMAY Application form can do it from the official website or from the registered Common Service Centre. These are only two places where the applicants can fill the PMAY application form.
  • The documents must be ready before filling up the PMAY application form.
  • All the details must be filled correctly. Otherwise, the application form will get rejected.

How to check PMAY Application Status?

Applicants can track their status after application for the PMAY. Application number, the name of the applicant, father’s name of the applicant anything can be used to track the allotment status. The detailed process of tracking the PMAY application form is mentioned below.

Track Using Application Number:

  • Initially, the applicants have to visit the AMAY official portal, pmaymis.gov.in.
  • Now, go to the Citizen Assessment option on the homepage.
  • In the given options, Click on “Track Your Assessment Status”.
  • Now, click on the track button. And select “By Assessment ID” button.
  • Enter your assessment ID and Mobile No. and tap on submit option.
  • Now, just click on the Status tab provided there. The status of that assessment id will be displayed on the screen.

Track Using Name, Father’s name & mobile Number:

  • Initially, the applicants have to visit the AMAY official portal, pmaymis.gov.in.
  • Now, go to the Citizen Assessment option on the homepage.
  • In the given options, Click on “Track Your Assessment Status”.
  • Now, click on the track button. And select “By name, father’s name, and mobile number” button.
  • Specify the mobile number, city, district, and other information in the specified fields.
  • After clicking on the submit button, the assessment option will be visible on the screen.

 

How to print the PMAY application form?

  • Initially, the applicants have to visit the AMAY official portal, pmaymis.gov.in.
  • Now, go to the Citizen Assessment option on the homepage.
  • Now, select the “Print Assessment” option.
  • The application form can be shown using any of the two methods “By Name, Father’s Name & Mobile No.” or “by assessment ID”.
  • Now, Enter all the details as per your selection.
  • Click on the “Print” option and it will be printed.

PMAY- PM Awas Yojana Required Documents

  • Aadhar Card is the mandatory document needed to apply for PMAY.
  • Any of the valid identity proof such as Voter ID, Driving License, PAN card, etc.
  • Caste/Community certificate must be provided by the applicants when they belong to the minority community.
  • Economically Weaker Section certificate or Low Income Group certificate is also needed.
  • Property valuation certificate
  • Proof of nationality such as a passport or any other document needed to apply for PMAY.
  • Bank details and account statements are the must needed proof to apply PMAY.
  • Salary Slip
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) statements
  • Proof that the beneficiary does not own a ‘pucca’ house
  • Proof that the beneficiary is constructing a home only under the PMAY scheme

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana- About PMAY Scheme

Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India launched the Prime Minister Awas Yojana scheme in the year of 2015. Under this scheme, the government of India is providing affordable housing to the urban poor of the country. “Housing for all” is the main theme of this PMAY scheme.

The Government is offering an interest subsidy of 6.5% on housing loans to the beneficiaries for 20 years under Credit Link Subsidy Scheme (CLSS). The houses will be constructed in a manner of eco-friendly.

Phases of PMAY Scheme

  • PMAY Phase-1 from April 2015 to March 2017- to cover 100 cities.
  • PMAY Phase-2 from April 2017 to March 2019- covers an additional 200 cities.
  • PMAY Phase-3 from April 2019 to March 2022- Cover remaining cities.
