Punjab Board class 10th exams cancelled: In view of the COVID-19 situation in the state, Punjab government has cancelled the class 10th exams saying that students will be promoted based on their performance in pre-Board exams.

“Class X students under Punjab School Education Board will not have to take any exams and will be promoted on basis of their performance in pre-Board exams,” said Chief Minister Amarinder Singh.
Have decided to promote students of Class V & VIII to next classes as well as to promote class X students to next class on the basis of pre-board results. For Class XII examinations, we will follow Government of India’s decision. pic.twitter.com/QD79FowBcR
