TS SBTET Conduct of online classes from 1st September, 2020 onwards
Sub:- SBTET – Academics – Conduct of online classes from 1st September, 2020 onwards — Further Instructions issued.
The Principal of Private/Aided/261 Shift Engineering Colleges offering Diploma Courses were informed to instruct the respective faculty to attend college from 27.08.2020 and also to conduct the online classes from 01.09.2020 onwards with an instruction to submit the same through Google form on each day.
In continuation to the earlier instructions, you are hereby informed to conduct the online classes as per the following criterion.
1. All theory classes shall be engaged as per the prescribed no. of hours per week of C18-Curriculum.
2. All the online classes shall be recorded and retained with the Institution which needs to be shared to the students for reference/revision.
3. Student’s attendance for online classes shall be monitored and recorded by the respective institutions.
In this connection, the Principals of all Private/Aided/2″‘ Shift Engineering Colleges offering Diploma Courses are requested to follow above instructions scrupulously and to extend personal attention failing which will be viewed seriously.
