TS SBTET Last Special Mercy Chance Notification May/June 2017 for C-05, C-05 (CCC), C-08, C-09 & ER-91

With reference to the subject cited above, I furnish herewith copies of the detailed notification inviting applications from the eligible candidates to appear for — Last mercy chance for Diploma Examination for C-05, C-05 (CCC) C-08 & C-09 May/June-2017 commencing from 05-06-2017.

In this regard, it is informed that the candidates who wish to appear for the examinations can register Online for the Examination by making Payment of prescribed Fee from any of the AP Onilne centres or through payment gateway i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. For this service, AP Online centres will collect service charges of Rs.15/- from the candidate per hall ticket for Normal and Late fee Rs.25/- for Tatkal Fee. The hall tickets can be printed from the same portal from 25-05-2017. The candidate has to obtain the signature on the hall ticket from the concerned Head of Section/Principal before appearing for the examination.

Further, Principals are requested to give the necessary instructions to the Head of Sections to sign on the hall tickets obtained from the AP Online/Payment gateway for subjects after thorough verification. Please send your queries to SBTET mail: admin.sbtet@gmail.com

2. A/ AA/ AEI/C/ CM/CCP/CH/CHST/CT/FW/EC/EE/ GT/HS/HMCT/ IT/ M/ MET/MNG/PRG/SM/SDEBM/TT of 1st Year, 31d, 4th, 5th 6th and 7th semester C-05 scheme
3. ER-91 Pharmacy 1st year & 2nd year.

APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES TO APPEAR FOR TI-IE LAST MERCY CHANCE DIPLOMA EXAMINATIONS TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE BOARD DURING MAY/JUNE-2017, IN THE IDENTIFIED EXAM CENTRES ACROSS THE STATE. THE EXAM CENTRES WILL BE NOTIFIED IN THE BOARD WEBSITE www.sbtet.telangana.gov.in on 10-05-2017 BASING ON DEMOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS.

The following Candidates are eligible as Last mercy chance for C-05 Scheme during May/June-2017 Diploma Examinations.

1. C-05 scheme 3 and 3 1/2 year Diploma Candidates admitted in academic year 2005 to 2008.
2. C-05(CCC) 3 year Diploma Candidates admitted in academic year 2006 to 2009.

The following Candidates are eligible as Last special mercy chance for C-08 Scheme during May/June-2017 Diploma Examinations.

1. C-08 Scheme 3 year Diploma Candidates admitted in academic year 2008.

The following Candidates are eligible as Last special mercy chance for C-09 Scheme during May/June-2017 Diploma Examinations.

1. C-09 scheme 3 years Diploma candidates admitted in academic year 2009-2010 (Pin starting with 09)
2. C-09 scheme IVC Candidates admitted in academic in year 2010 & 2011 and prior batches (Pin starting with 09 & 10)
3. ER-91 Pharmacy Candidates admitted in 2005, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 (Pin starting with 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11) the Pharmacy 2 years course.

NOT ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

1. C-09 scheme 3 years Diploma candidates admitted in academic year 2011 and above batches are not eligible (Pin starting with 10)
2. C-09 scheme 3 1/2 Diploma candidates admitted in academic year 2009 and above batches are not eligible(Pin starting with 09)
3. C-09 scheme IVC Candidates admitted in academic in year 2012-2013 and above batches are not eligible (Pin starting with 11 & above) 4. ER-91 Pharmacy Candidates admitted in 2012, and above batches are not eligible (Pin starting with 12 & above)

Important Dates:

• Commencement of theory examinations: 05-06-2017 ( Monday)
• Date of Commencement for payment of examination fee through Online: 16-05-2017 (Tuesday)
• Last date for payment of examination fee without penalty to all candidates: 29-05-2017 (Monday)
• Last date for payment of examination fee with penalty to all candidates: 31-05-2017(Wednesday)
• Last date for payment of examination fee and submission of application form (UNDER TATKAL SCHEME): 02-06-2017 ( Friday)

Fee Details:

i) Fee for whole or part examination per year/semester: Rs. 450/-

ii) Fee for whole or part examination for Correspondence Cum Contact courses: Rs. 1000/-

a) Late Fee (penalty) Rs 400/-

b) Tatkal scheme (Including Examination fee). Rs. 3000/-

NOTE:

1. Acceptance of examination fee does not provide any right to the candidate to demand for the issue of hall ticket.

2. Detailed time-table of examinations shall be communicated by 25-05-2017.

3. Examination fee can be paid at AP Online or through payment gateway i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking for all Diploma subjects.

4. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

5. Eligible Physically Handicapped candidates can generate Hall- tickets through AP Online centres only.

6. A student who is not eligible to sit for examination for any of the reason, shall forfeit the Examination Fee paid.

7. Detailed instructions regarding Examination Fee payment are enclosed along with this notification.
