JNTUH B.Tech R18 Regulations Grace Marks Eligible list

College-wise provisional list of B.Tech. R18 Regulations students who are eligible to apply for grace marks have been prepared and made available in the T-Sheets option in the exam portals of the respective Principal logins. For availing grace marks service the students have to fill-up the Form-5 (to be downloaded from students service portal) and the Principals have to sign at the appropriate place in the respective from. The form need to be either printed on the college letter-head / with a separate covering letters from the Principal enclosing the appropriate from and sent to the office of the Director of Evaluaiton. The performance in the examinations for which results are awaited and / or RC, RV & CV, shall be nullified if they apply for the PC & CMM under grace marks service. They shall not be permitted to write any future examinations.

The Applications received by 30-09-2022 forenoon shall be processed on priority basis and efforts will be made to issue PC & CMM at the earliest possible date. The Principals are requested to note the following information with regard to grace marks.

1. A Separate form (Form-5) earmarked for grace marks service need to be filled up.

2. Marks shall be added up to 9 marks for four year B.Tech. course in failed subjects and 7 marks for Lateral entry students of B.Tech. course (maximum of two subjects).

3. All the semester marks/grade memos from the month/year specified in the list uploaded to portal today where the subject(s) have been shown as Fail need to be surrendered along with the Filled-in Form-5 (with the Principal endorsement). The selective new grade memos will be re-issued after processing of grace marks from the University Examination Branch along with PC & CMM.

JNTUH How to Apply for PC and CMM With Grace Marks

a) Filled in Form-5.

b) Photostat copy of SSC.

c) Original Marks Memo(s) containing subject(s) for which award of Grace Marks requested.

d) Amount : Paid at college.

e) Submit above documents at your college exam cell.

Note :

Grace marks can be added only to 1 or 2 subjects maximum. (irrespective of credits other than Major Project, Minor Project, Comprehensive Viva-Voce, Seminar)
Grace marks can be added only for external marks.
Grace marks can’t be added to internal marks.
The best performance among all the external examinations shall be considered while giving the grace marks. i.e., you can use even your best previous result [Best external mark among all Regular/Supple exams till now] while applying for grace marks.
Students can apply for grace marks only after they get the original marks memos.

Application are invited from the eligible students for conduct of B.Ed II Semester Examinations (Regular & Supplementary) under semester system whose admission ratified by APSCHE, to be commenced from 27-10-2022.

In this connection, I am to inform you that the University has been introduced on-line system to register the Examination Applications and Barcode Booklet system for conduct of Examinations. The same system will be continued for these examinations which are going to be held in the month of February, 2021.

The necessary formats are available for regular and supplementary students separately in the University Website www.anu.ac.in and each College has been given separate username and password. So, you are requested to make arrangements to fill the data of each student as per the columns given in the format and send the full galley stating all particulars along with the fee details to the University.

The following are the schedule of dates for the payment of Examination fee and submission of filled in applications for B.Ed. 2nd Semester Examinations (both Regular and Supplementary) as follows:

Last date for payment of Examination fee and submission of filled in applications to the Principals concerned : 26-09-2022
Last date with a late fee of Rs.100/- and submission of filled in applications to the Principal concerned : 27-09-2022

End Examinations B.Tech (R20) Question Paper Pattern :

The semester end examinations will be conducted university examination section for 70 marks consists of five questions carrying 14 marks each. Each of these questions is from one unit and may contain sub-questions. For each question there will be an “either” “or” choice, which means that there will be two questions from each unit and the student should answer either of the two questions.

For practical subjects there shall be continuous evaluation during the semester for 15 internal marks and 35 end examination marks. The internal 15 marks shall be awarded as follows: day to day work – 5 marks, Record-5 marks and the remaining 5 marks to be awarded by conducting an internal laboratory test. The end examination shall be conducted by the teacher concerned and external examiner appointed by controller of examinations, JNTUK.

Telangana Govt Dasara Holidays 2022 – TS Govt దసరా సెలవులు For Schools, Colleges

Telangana State Government Education Board has officially announced that the Dussehra Holidays will take place from 26th September to 10th October for all the Government and Private Schools in Telangana. The schools will be reopened from 11th October for all the classes from class 1^st to class 10^th. The same span of holidays is applicable for all the curriculums, CBSE, ICSE, and SSC.

Coming to Government and Private Colleges in Telangana, Dussehra holidays will take place from 26th September to 10th October. Junior Colleges, Degree and PG Colleges, and other institutes will follow the same span.
