The Director of Primary Education and Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) is getting ready to prepare new question papers for class 7 examinations after the paper leak scandal spread. As per the information from the sources, class 7th papers of 6 subjects have been stolen in Talaja in Bhavnagar district, the Director of Primary Education. Apart from Gujarati, all the remaining subjects will be redrafted by the GCERT.
GCERT to prepare new question papers for Class 7 exams after theft
The Director of Primary Education also cancelled the social science and science examinations, which are slated to conduct on 22nd and 23rd April. In place of these exams, new exams with newly drafted question papers will be conducted for the class 7th students. The cancelled subject examinations will be conducted on 29th and 30th April. In state of Gujarat, 55 lakh students are studying in primary schools, in which there were 7 lakh class 7th students.
The DPE has started the primary examination from class 3rd to class 8th on 18th April and the last date of the exams is 28th April. Now the exams will be ended by 30th April.
After the theft of the question papers, the new question papers were sent in CDs to all GCERT centers in every district. Coordinators of block resource clusters will make photocopies of these papers considering the number of registered students. The GCERT further instructed the managements of schools not to keep the question papers in schools and instructed them to keep securely at homes. The exam papers must be sealed and they must be brought to the examination centers only on the examination day.

WBJEE 2022 is the OMR based exam conducted in offline.
Each WBJEE paper will be conducted for 2 hours duration.
The questions in the WBJEE 2022 paper will be divided into three categories and the marking scheme for each category differs.
Visually impaired PwD candidates will be allowed to use a scribe or a writer having lower academic qualifications than the candidate.
PwD candidates will be eligible to score an extra 20 minutes in each paper, for which they have to sit for the examination in the Board’s office in Kolkata.

The Bihar School Education Board has announced that 4,326 class 10 students have registered for the compartment examinations this year. Of which, 2,107 are boys and 2,219 are girls. As per the BSEB board Matric results, a total of 79.88 percent of students cleared the matric/class 10th exam successfully this year. The BSEB announced the class 10th result on March 31.
The Bihar 10 compartment exams will be held from 5th May to 9th May 2022 for theory papers. The exams will be held in two shifts, the first from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the next from 1:45 pm to 4:30 pm.
Students will have 15 minutes of reading time.
The Class 10 Matric Compartment exam practical examinations will be held between April 29 and April 30.
Students must download and carry the hall tickets while going to the examination. The examination invigilator will sign the hall tickets and allows them to the examination.
