Points to be noted while choosing Exam centres :

1. The students who desire to write the exam at their parent college cluster (where the student is studying), need not give their options.

2. Those students who wish to write exam in any other cluster number of JNTUH affiliated colleges, which is nearer to students Hometown / Villages must select THREE different cluster Numbers in the order of preference and then submit it to respective college.
Example 1:

  • Preference 1: Cluster Number 10
  • Preference 2: Cluster Number 2
  • Preference 3: Cluster Number17

3. The places / cluster numbers which the students are opting must have at least one JNTUH affiliated Engineering / Pharmacy college.

4. If any student does not submit his/her options, it shall be assumed that his/her parent college cluster is his/her cluster preference.

5. Any one of the affiliated college will be allotted as exam center randomly by JNTUH among the preferred Cluster Numbers given by students.

6. Once any affiliated college is allocated as Exam center by JNTUH based on the cluster number preferences given by the students it cannot be changed under any circumstances.

7. Further if the seating capacity exceeds at all three preferences, Parent College cluster shall be the exam centre for such students.

All the Principals of colleges offering IV year B.Tech./ B.Pharm courses are informed to note that the University is exploring feasibility to conduct the IV-II semester examinations of B.Tech./ B.Pharm. courses to the students in conventional (off-line) mode at the centres which are near to their respective hometowns/ villages.

The Principals are requested to make arrangements to contact all final year students and take atmost three cluster options (in the order of preference) from each student for writing their IV-II examinations. The places which the students are opting must have at least one JNTUH affiliated Engg. / Pharmacy college. The students who desire to write the exam at their parent college cluster (where the student is studying), need not give their options. If any student does not submit his/her options, it shall be assumed that his/her parent college cluster is his/her cluster preference. Further if the seating capacity exceeds at all three preferences, Parent College cluster shall be the exam centre for such students.

The entry of the student preferences have to be carried out by the college exam branch staff only. For the service to enter the student options, visit your college registration portal. Last date for uploading is 12-06-2021,(Saturday).

Gujarat Class 12 Board Exam 2021 Cancelled: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has taken a decision by cancelling the class 12th board examinations. State Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama announced that Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) board examinations of class 12th will be cancelled for the academic year 2020 – 21.

Earlier the GSEB has scheduled the class 12th exams in July from 1 to 16. GSEB board scheduled the Class 12 general stream exams from July 1 till 16 in two shifts -10 am till 1.15 pm and 2.30 till 5.45 pm. Also, the vocational exams are scheduled from July 5 till 14 2.30 till 5.45 pm. While due to the massive COVID outbreak, the state government has decided to cancel the class 12th exams.

Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama had earlier said that 1.40 lakh students of science stream and 5.43 lakh of the general stream (arts and commerce) are going to appear for the Higher Secondary examinations in the state of Gujarat.

Class 12 board exams of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) have been cancelled, the Prime Minister’s office (PMO) has said. The decision has been taken in view of the “uncertain conditions” due to Covid-19 and based on feedback obtained from different stakeholders, it said. Prime Minister Narendra Modi met higher and school education secretaries and other key education officials today to discuss the board exams.

పరీక్ష ఫీజు గడువు ఆలస్య రుసుం లేకుండా ఈ నెల 28తో ముగిసింది. తాజాగా పరీక్షలు వాయిదా పడనున్న నేపథ్యంలో దీన్ని పొడిగించే అంశాన్ని అధికారులు పరిశీలిస్తున్నారు. దీనిపై సోమవారం నిర్ణయం తీసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఆలస్య రుసుం లేకుండా ఫీజు చెల్లింపును మరో రెండు, మూడు రోజులు పొడిగించాలని భావిస్తున్నారు. సమావేశమై చర్చించారు. ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించడం అంత శ్రేయస్కరం కాదన్న అభిప్రాయం వ్యక్తమైంది. మహారాష్ట్రలోని ఓ యూనివర్సిటీ ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించి కాపీయింగ్‌ను నియంత్రించలేక… 98 శాతం మంది విద్యార్థులు ఉత్తీర్ణులవ్వడంపై వివాదం రేగింది.

ముందుగా ప్రాజెక్ట్‌ వైవా నిర్వహణ

చివరి ఏడాదిలో బీటెక్‌లో మూడు సబ్జెక్టులు, బీఫార్మసీలో నాలుగు సబ్జెక్టులకు పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి. జూన్‌ నెలాఖరు లేదా జులైలో నిర్వహించినా ఇబ్బంది ఉండదని భావిస్తున్నారు. ఈలోపు విద్యార్థులకు ప్రాజెక్ట్‌ వైవా నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ‘ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ చివరి ఏడాది పరీక్షలు ఇప్పటికిప్పుడు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో నిర్వహించడం అంతమంచిది కాదని భావిస్తున్నాం. ముందుగా అనుకున్న షెడ్యూల్‌ ప్రకారం వచ్చే నెల 14నుంచి పరీక్షలు దాదాపుగా ఉండవని ఉపకులపతి ఈనాడుకు తెలిపారు.
