SBTET- Pre-Exams- Revised End Semester Examination pattern in view of existing covid-19 pandemic situation for all C18 III & V (Odd) semesters for the Academic Year 2020-2021-communicated- Reg.

With reference to the subject cited, as per the C18 Curriculum, Mid-I, Mid-II & End Exams are to be conducted for III & V Odd semesters. However, after Examining the Pandemic situation, the Committee recommended to conduct single End Examination of three hours duration instead of Mid-I, Mid-II & End Exams to minimise physical contact of the students for all III & V semesters in the Academic Year 2020-2021 as per the following blue print vide reference cited above.

It is further decided to scale up the marks secured by the student for 60 to 80 marks and distribute the marks in the ratio of 25%, 25% and 50% marks to MIDl, MID2 and End Examinations respectively and process the semester result of the student.

If any student fails in the Examination the Mid Sem I & II marks awarded during this exam holds good and he has to appear the end examination in the supplementary for 40 Marks, pass criteria will be as per the existing C-18 Curriculum rules and regulations.

If any student absent in this examination the Mid I & II Examination are also treated as absent. All the Principals are requested to inform the revised Examination pattern of C18 III & V semesters exams for the Academic Year 2020-2021 to all Staff and Students with vide publicity.

Ans. The candidates are informed to collect their transcripts from the service counters at exam branch JNTUH, within seven days after receiving the sms/email. If not collected within seven days, the candidate has to forego the claim of the transcripts. Under any circumstances, the transcripts will not be issued after seven days of receiving the sms/email.

8. How long it takes to get my Certificates after applying in online student service?

Ans. The printing and dispatching process will be completed within 2 working days after the payment is approved.

Ans: Consignment number received by you is correct. It will be trackable once postal/courier service picks and updates their database. You are advised to try again at the respective the postal / courier portals on the following day.

Ans: At present, there is no transcript service for Original Degree certificate.

14. I have applied for transcripts and received SMS/email to collect them from University counter. What identification proof should I bring for receiving my certificates?

Ans: You should confirm your registered mobile number (which is used during registration) with dispatch clerk at the exam branch student service .No other proof is required .

15. What are different stages until the consignment reaches my residential address?
Ans:
