The Principals of the constituent and affiliated UG / PG Colleges are hereby informed that the University Examination Branch issues notification for conducting of special exams for UG/PG regular students who were absent due to covid-19 (treated as regular) examinations in the month of Jan/Feb-2021
The Principals are informed to verify the claim of the student, who approach your office for the registration in this COVID-19 special exam, whether the student was COVID-19 positive/quarantined during the period of their regular exams. A declaration need to be taken from the student to this effect (format of which may be prepared by the Principals of respective colleges).

All the aspirants competed for the written test round can soon check the TN TRB Computer Instructor cutoff marks 2019 by visiting the official portal, trb.tn.nic.in. TN TRB Computer Instructor Grade 1 cutoff marks category-wise will be listed by the board. The Online Computer Based Examination will consist of a single paper of 3 hours duration with 150 MCQs. Each question carries one mark. The marks allotted to the Main Subject (Computer Science), General Knowledge and Education Psychology. Candidates have to score the qualifying marks as mentioned by the authority to clear the written test round. Shortlisted aspirants will be securitized for the next round of selection process. RGUKT Admisssions 2020 – Schedule for Counseling
All above ranks are general merit ranks but not category ranks
1. Call for counseling does not guarantee admission as more number of candidates have been called for counseling under all categories to complete the counseling process in one phase.
2. Candidates are advised to visit the university website www.rgukt.in for category wise seat availability status on daily basis.
3. Candidates should report either to RK Valley Campus or Nuzvid Campus at the specified reporting date and time
4. Seats will be allotted based on the available reported candidates at the time of seat allotment. RGUKT is not responsible for late reporting.
5. Candidates claiming special categories (PH,CAP,NCC,Sports) and EWS are also eligible for admission under general category basing on their relative merit
6. Special category admissions will be made separately after taking into consideration of the respective category merit submitted by the concerned departments and their decision is final.
7. Candidates wish to claim reservation under BC, SC, ST, and EWS category need to produce relavant category certificates issued by the competent authority at the time of counselling.
8. If selected each candidate needs to pay a registration fee of Rs.1,500/- ( Rs.1000/- for SC/ST candidates) and a refundable caution deposit of Rs.2,000 (by all), that is a total of Rs.3,500/- (Rs 3000/-in case of SC/ST candidates) at the time of admission.
Admission Procedure:
a) Admission to the two years PUC and four years B.Tech Program (2020-21) will be based on merit in the RGUKT CET 2020 converted in to GPA and
b) The rules/guidelines/regulations/recommendations issued by the Governing Council of RGUKT from time to time shall be followed for admissions with applicable reservation norms of the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission:
a) Merit of the candidates in RGUKT CET 2020
b) Candidates should have passed SSC (10th class) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Governments of Andhra Pradesh &Telangana State, conducted in 2020.
c) Candidates should not have completed 18 years of age as on 31.12.2020, (21 years in case of students belonging to SC and ST categories).
d) International students shall be of Indian Nationality / Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
Selection Method:
a) Admission to the two years PUC and four years B.Tech Program (2020-21) will be based on merit in the RGUKT CET 2020 (converted to GPA) & Guidelines issued by the Governing Council of RGUKT from time to time.
b) In case of a tie in the GPA , it will be resolved by following merit in the subject sequence:
i. Higher grade in Mathematics,
ii. Higher grade in Physical Sciences,
iii. Higher grade in Biological Sciences,
iv. Elder candidate as per the Date of Birth,
v. Lowest random number obtained from the hall ticket number.
If the tie is resolved with any of the checks in the chronological order mentioned above, the next option(s) will not be considered.
Counselling Procedure:
a) Counselling will be done at both Nuzvid and RK Valley campus simultaneously.
b) The merit rank list of the candidates called for counselling will be placed in the University website www.rgukt.in on 24-12-2020
c) Intimation to the candidates for counselling will be communicated through e-mail/mobile number given in the RGUKT CET 2020.
d) RGUKT is not responsible if the information does not reach candidate(s) by e-mail/SMS message in any case.
e) It is the responsibility of the candidate to check the university website frequently for his/her selection and relevant updates related to admissions.
f) Candidates can report to either at Nuzvid or at RK Valley campus with all relevant certificates mention in Point 7.
g) In case of any candidate fail to report to the counselling center in time, the available seat at the time of reporting will be allotted. University is not responsible for that.
Certificate Verification and Admission:
The applicants should submit a print out copy of the RGUKT CET marks memo and rank card along with the following documents at the time of certificate verification and Admission. The proforma for the certificates mentioned below are given in Annexures.
Candidates should bring three photocopy sets of the following documents along with Original documents at the time of certificate verification.
iv. Residence certificate by those claiming Local category, (for details, see Annexure – II)
v. Residence certificate / service certificate of parents by those claiming Non-Local category (for details, see Annexure – III)
vi. Proof of caste / community certificate (SC/ST/BC) in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under any of these categories, (for details, see Annexure – IV)
vii. EWS certificate issued by the competent authority by those claiming reservation under EWS category
viii. Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under this category, (for details, see Annexure – V)
ix. Children of Armed Forces (CAP) certificate in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under this category, (for details, see Annexure – VI)
x. NCC certificate by those claiming reservation under this category (for details see Annexure – VII).
xi. Sports certificate(s) at the level of inter-district and above by those claiming reservation under this category (for details see Annexure – VII).
Note:
a) If a candidate fails to submit any of the relevant certificates at the time of certificate verification, He/She will not be considered for admission.
b) The candidates selected provisionally for RGUKT, should report in person for Certificate Verification and Admissions at RGUKT campuses for verification of original certificates / documents and the details as given in the application form.
c) Verification of certificates in respect of candidates belonging to the Special Categories like Physically Handicapped (PH), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), NCC and Sports will be conducted at RGUKT- Nuzvid campus on prescribed dates. Students should report in person for certificate verification of special categories also on specified dates at RGUKT Nuzvid.
d) Certificate Verification for Special Category students does not guarantee the admission.
Tuition Fee and Mess Charges:
a) The tuition fee for the candidates who studied in Schools situated in Andhra Pradesh &Telangana states is Rs.45,000/- per annum for PUC program and Rs 50,000/- per annum for B.Tech program.
b) Students who are eligible for tuition fee reimbursement as per the guidelines issued by the respective State Governments have to pay the balance fee after deducting the tuition fee received from the respective State governments from the annual fee of the RGUKT (Students whose parental annual income is below Rs.1.0 Lakh for non SC/ST category and below Rs.2.0Lakh for SC/ST category and who fulfil the other conditions as per the latest Govt. Rules are eligible for fee reimbursement)
c) Students should pay the full annual tuition fee to the University at the time of beginning of each academic year incase Government deposits the reimbursement of tuition fee to the student/mother account directly.
d) Students should pay the monthly mess charges to the university (approximately Rs.2500 to Rs.3000 per month) e) Every student has to pay a registration and group insurance fee of Rs.1,500/- (Rs.1000/- for SC/ST candidates) and a refundable caution deposit of Rs.2,000 (by all), that is a total ofRs.3,500/- (Rs 3000/- in case of SC/ST candidates) at the time of admission.
