Admission Procedure:

1. Applicant should type web site address as https://cceinfo.ap.gov.in/

2. Click on Common Application Form link.

3. Register with your Intermediate and personal details.

4. Enter OTP, which is sent to the registered mobile number.

5. Click on Create Account button.

6. User will be redirected (logged) into the CAF user session.

7. Fill up the application form.

8. In the process of filling CAF, he/she will be given 5 options in which college/course he/she wants to join.

9. After filling all the required information, he/she would get Print option in the Success page.

10. Take a print out of duly filled application form for further access.

11. After getting intimation from the selected college, he/she should go to that college along with all the necessary/relevant supporting documents and certificates print out CAF and get the admission by producing all the documents.

Note: All the necessary documents which are to be carried out by the students will be listed out in the Application form print only. Please go through the check list and carry all the necessary documents for smooth admission.

1. Enter cceinfo.ap.gov.in in the browser, then applicant will see the below Home page.

After entering the above URL the below website home screen appears

2. Now click on “Common Application Form (CAF)” link shown below

3. Then applicant will get the below registration page.

4. Now enter all the fields i.e. Intermediate Board Name, Hall ticket No, Student Aadhaar No, Date Of Birth, Mobile No. After entering mobile number, click on Send OTP button. (The Student Data may automatically populate from Intermediate or 10 class database, so please enter correct Hall Ticket and Aadhaar Number)

Generated OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and applicant should enter the OTP in the last textbox.

5. After entering all the details, click on Create Account button as shown below.

6. After clicking on Create Account button the applicant will be redirected to application form by logging in. It looks like below shown screen.

7. Fill all the necessary details in the Applicant’s Information. Some fields are filled automatically otherwise applicant must fill them manually

Note: The fields with red color asterisk are mandatory fields.

8. Fill the Reservation details of the applicant and marks secured in Intermediate or  equivalent.

Fill the Marks details of Intermediate or equivalent, if marks details are not populating then applicant must upload mark list, otherwise applicant can not apply.

9. The applicant can search and select colleges and courses according to the district.

10. The applicant can select maximum five courses by clicking ADD button in the same college or five different courses in different colleges.

11. After selecting desired options applicant have to click on Save and Continue.

12. The applicant has to verify all the fields and can edit if requires or else click on Save and Continue.

13. The applicant can download or take a print of the filled application by clicking Print Application Details.

14. Click finish and logout after completing the process.

15. If the applicant wants to edit the details he/she can login into the Login page using the Application number, DOB and Hall Ticket number.

16. If the applicant forgot his/her Application number, he/she can recover it by selecting forget Application number and fill the following fields. Then he/she can receive the Application number to registered mobile number through SMS.

With reference to the cited, I am to inform the Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be conducted for the students of UG (CBCS) B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.C.A./B.B.A., Degree Courses batch 2017-2020 those who have irrespective of number of backlog papers in any Semester is allowed to register for the Advanced Supplementary Examinations for V & VI Semesters by paying the Prescribed fees. This facility is provided as a special case in view of COVID-19 situations.

The separate examinations of II, IV and VI Semester will be conducted for the students who infected COVID-19 on the exam dates. The Principal of the concerned colleges should be submitted the list of candidates who tested positive COVID-19 along with evidence to appear II, IV & VI Semester Examinations.

In this connection, the last date for the receipt of filled in online Application forms for Advanced Supplementary Examinations of UG (CBCS) V & VI Semester Students of all courses in the concerned Colleges is fixed from 02.11.2020 to 16.11.2020. Manual Applecation forms will be summarily rejected and not entertained in the COE Office.

The University has prescribed the following fee structure for the above Examinations are detailed as below:

  1. One Paper : Rs.1500/-

2. Two Papers : Rs.2,500/-

3. Three and more papers : Rs.3,500/-

Further the principals are informed to note that college – wise lists of students (belonging to R-16 regulations) who are eligible to claim grace marks will be generated and sent to respective college Principals based on the marks the students secured in failed subject of I-I, I-II, II-I, II-II, IIII, III-II & IV-I semesters. After receiving the lists, the colleges can intimate the students to apply for the grace marks, if the students desire to do so.

Meanwhile the colleges can receive the grace marks requests from the students who do not have any backlog subjects till IV-I semester and by adding grace marks up to 10, students get eligibility to receive their PC & CMM. Such students can enclose the screen shot of IV-II semester results obtained from the results portal. They need not wait for the issue of IV-II original marks memo. The Principals are informed to note that the dates are revised for lab external examinations of both even and odd semesters I, II & III years of B.Tech/B.Pharm and mid exams of even semester. As given in letter in Ref-2: the centre  preferences of students for writing  lab external examinations may be uploaded to the University portal on or before 20-11-2020. These examination should be scheduled during 07-12-2020 to 11-12-2020.

The second mid-term examinations B.Tech. / B.Pharm  I-II, II- II, III-II and I-II B.Pharm mid I & II  shall be conducted during 06-10-2020 to 10-11-2020 either in the form of viva exam or in the form of online exam.

There will  be no online classes of odd semesters from 12-11-2020 to 05-12-2020 for B.Tech. / B.Pharm due to I-II, II- II, III-II Regular exams. Academic calendars will be modified, accordingly

There will be no online classes of III semester M.Tech/MBA courses III & V semesters of MCA courses and  Pharm.D/ Pharm.D(PB) courses, during the regular exams scheduled from 12-10-2020 to 13-11-2020. The Academic calendar will be accordingly modified.
