All the Principals of affiliated colleges are hereby informed to conduct II Mid and online Quiz examinations for IV B.Tech/B.Pharmacy II Semester students as per your convenience during 12th September 2020 to 30th September 2020 without any inconvenience to Common Entrance Test (CET) examinations. Conducting of online Quiz exams on 15-09-2020 and 16-09-2020 are to be avoided in the colleges which are drafted for AP EAMCET Examinations in view of preparatory arrangements.
MBA IV Semester, MCA IV Semester, IMBA VI Semester, IMBA II Semester and IMBA IV Semester II Mid examinations shall also be conducted during 12th to 30th September 2020 without any inconvenience to CET examinations.
Laboratory external examinations for IV B.Pharmacy II Semester students shall also be conducted during 12th to 30th September 2020 excluding the dates of external examinations of these students. The mapping of colleges for external examiner is herewith enclosed.
The Mid, Quiz and assignment marks shall be uploaded and Lab OMR sheets shall be submitted to CE office on or before 01-10-2020 without fail.

16.Private candidate should contact the Principal of the school of their theory examination centers for date and time of practical examination before theory examination is over. The practical examination should be completed before 28thSeptember, 2020.
17.Practical examination for regular candidates in all the subjects will be held at each school for their own candidates.

I am by direction to inform all the Principals Of PG & Professional Courses Colleges that the Final year Examinations Of Acharya Nagarjuna University will be commenced from 07-09-2020 the following semester courses:
All the Hall Tickets of the students are sent to the respective Principals through e-mails to download the same and distribute the same to the students after duly signed by the Principal. 3. To upload the MOOCs marks in the University online portal in respect of 2nd Semesters Of all PG Courses and Semesters of MCA Course. Photocopy of MOOCs Certificates duly certified by the respective Principals sent to the Controller Of Examinations for speedy declaration of results.
4. University has taken a decision to arrange single valuation to all PG Courses instead Of double valuation on par with Andhra University PG valuation to speed up results and to avoid the academic year loss during in the Covid- 19 situations.
5. All the Principals/HODs are requested to complete the External Practicals/Labs/Project Viva-Voce examinations within 3 days after completion Of theory examinations.
6. To direct the all the Chief Superintendents of Examination Centers to maintain Covid-19 instructions issued by the Govt. from time to time during the Examination i.e., to maintain social distance. wearing of masks by the students etc.,
