1) As per UGC guidelines, the Final Semester Examinations are to be conducted before 30th September 2020. The University planned for conducting the Final Semester examinations between 12-09-2020 to 27-09-2020 following existing practices without any inconvenience to CET examinations and Village/Ward Secretariat Staff Recruitment Examination. Similarly, the autonomous colleges shall schedule examinations accordingly.

2) In view of COVID-19, the End Examinations needs to be planned for a set of branches in the forenoon session and a set of branches in the afternoon.

3) The II-Mid Examination of Final Semester may be planned from lih September 2020 to 30th September 2020 as per Regulations if not yet conducted.

4) The seating arrangements shall be made such that only 12 to 15 students are accommodated per exam hall of size 66sqmt.

5) The COVID-19 precautions must be strictly followed during the conduct of examinations like wearing a mask, maintaining physical distance and timely sanitation of examination halls & common areas.

6) In case any student miss the examination due to COVID-19 hospitalization/quarantine, travel restrictions, such cases should be brought to the notice of University Examination Centre immediately after the completion of the examinations for necessary action.

7) A copy of the schedule of the examinations shall be submitted to the University Examination Centre.

All the Principals of affiliated colleges are hereby informed to conduct II Mid and online Quiz examinations for IV B.Tech/B.Pharmacy II Semester students as per your convenience during 12th September 2020 to 30th September 2020 without any inconvenience to Common Entrance Test (CET) examinations. Conducting of online Quiz exams on 15-09-2020 and 16-09-2020 are to be avoided in the colleges which are drafted for AP EAMCET Examinations in view of preparatory arrangements.

MBA IV Semester, MCA IV Semester, IMBA VI Semester, IMBA II Semester and IMBA IV Semester II Mid examinations shall also be conducted during 12th to 30th September 2020 without any inconvenience to CET examinations.

Laboratory external examinations for IV B.Pharmacy II Semester students shall also be conducted during 12th to 30th September 2020 excluding the dates of external examinations of these students. The mapping of colleges for external examiner is herewith enclosed.

The Mid, Quiz and assignment marks shall be uploaded and Lab OMR sheets shall be submitted to CE office on or before 01-10-2020 without fail.

I am by direction to inform all the Principals Of PG & Professional Courses Colleges that the Final year Examinations Of Acharya Nagarjuna University will be commenced from 07-09-2020 the following semester courses:

All the Hall Tickets of the students are sent to the respective Principals through e-mails to download the same and distribute the same to the students after duly signed by the Principal. D•Forms and Nominal roll were sent to the Principal & Chief Superintendent of the Examination Center and download the same for smooth conduct Of Examinations at the Examination Centre, Details Of Time-tables and Examinations Centers Of each course are available at University website: www.anu.ac.in.

It is further informed on the following few points in respect Of the above examinations:

1. To conduct practicals ‘Viva-Voce Examinations only With internal examiner in the University Colleges/ANUPGC, Ongole and to conduct practical/viva-voce examinations at affiliated colleges With external examiner as was done earlier

2. TO take necessary arrangements to upload all the Internals Marks. Practical Marks and Project MarksfSemlnar/ViVO-Voce marks all courses including Professional Courses through online immediately after completion Of examinations so as to speedy declaration of results.

3. To upload the MOOCs marks in the University online portal in respect of 2nd Semesters Of all PG Courses and Semesters of MCA Course. Photocopy of MOOCs Certificates duly certified by the respective Principals sent to the Controller Of Examinations for speedy declaration of results.

4. University has taken a decision to arrange single valuation to all PG Courses instead Of double valuation on par with Andhra University PG valuation to speed up results and to avoid the academic year loss during in the Covid- 19 situations.

5. All the Principals/HODs are requested to complete the External Practicals/Labs/Project Viva-Voce examinations within 3 days after completion Of theory examinations.

6. To direct the all the Chief Superintendents of Examination Centers to maintain Covid-19 instructions issued by the Govt. from time to time during the Examination i.e., to maintain social distance. wearing of masks by the students etc.,
