I. Eligibility for Admission

1. Only candidates belong to ST, SC and BC can apply.

2. Educational qualification – the candidate must have Degree from any recognized University.

3. Age Limit – Above 18 & Below 40 years as on 01.06.2019 as per IBPS Notification.

4. The candidate’s and his/her parents combined annual income should not exceed Rs.2.00 Lakhs for STs/SCs and Rs. 1.00 Lakh for BCs

5. Candidates who are employed or undergoing regular/correspondence courses of education are not eligible.

6. Candidates, who have already availed coaching facility from any GOVT study circle anywhere in Telangana or India, are not eligible for present coaching programme.

7. Only Telangana State candidates are eligible to apply.

8. Aspirants should also be eligible as per the norms prescribed by the IBPS/SSC for taking the coaching.

9. Candidates already availed coaching in any PETC of the state are not eligible to apply.

II. Allotment of seats.

  • Scheduled Tribes – 75%
  • Scheduled Castes – 15%
  • Backward Classes – 10%
  • Women -33% of quota reserved for Women candidates belonging to ST/SC/ BC in each category.

District wise Quota for ST candidates: Each District will be treated as a separate unit and the reservation quotas will be applied among the natives of each District on pro-rata basis as per ST population in each district as per GO Ms.No.90 SW (TW Edn.1) Dept. TW Edn.1 Dt.1-9-2009.

III. Selection Procedure-

  • Candidates Selection is based on MERIT basis of marks obtained in SSC+Inter+Degree.
  • The selection is based on Grand Percentage by keeping District Quota on merit for STs and Zonal Quota on merit for SCs and BCs.

Certificates to be enclosed to the application

The applications will be rejected if any of the following certificates are not enclosed.

  • Scanned copies of Community, Nativity Certificate, Income Certificate, Marks Memo of SSC, Inter, Degree, Provisional/ Convocation, Transfer Certificate of the course last studied.
  • Application form duly filled in with a passport size photo.

Guidelines to be followed:

1. Candidates using fake certificates or Marks Memos will be blacklisted for the present admission and all future admissions, and also legal action will be taken against the
candidate.

2. Candidates are not allowed to prepare for any other competitive exams except IBPS / SSC Exams. If anyone violates this rule, the entire expenditure on him/her will be
recovered.

3. The coaching will be given for IBPS/ SSC Exams only.

4. The payment of Accommodation & Boarding charges will be paid to the candidates on the basis of bio-metric attendance. The minimum attendance of 75 % is compulsory for availing benefits.

5. Every candidate shall hand over his/her original certificates including T.C. along with an affidavit stating that he or she will put up regular biometric attendance to the classes and tests and will abide by all the rules and conditions of the study circle. The original certificates will not be given back for any purpose before completion of coaching camp.

JNTU Kakinada to set up Online Centralised Computer Centre

JNTUK Online Centralised Computer Center: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTU-K) will set up a Centralised Online Computer Centre at Dr B R Ambekar Library Building on the varsity premises and also set up University Library on the same premises.

According to JNTU-K Act, the university should be having a library and it should be linked to college libraries including affiliated colleges. Four years back, Dr B R Ambedkar Central Library was built at a cost of Rs 10 crores. But the university officials have not developed University Library and the University College of Engineering Kakinada (UCEK) Library has been shifted to the Central library. When some of the accreditation agencies visited the university, they found this lacuna and thus, the university lost its grade.

Meanwhile, the varsity is also not having online facility to help the students. Nowadays, majority of examinations are being held through online exam. But, the varsity college students are also going to other colleges where the facility is provided. JNTU-K Vice Chancellor M Ramalinga Raju said Centralised Online Computer Centre would be set up in one of the stairs of Dr Ambedkar Central Library and remaining two stairs would be allocated to University Library and College Library. He said the computer centre would be accommodate nearly 500 students to write the online exam and the student can also make use the computers for their academic studies and competitive examinations. He said the libraries also would be digitized.

According to the students, the varsity officials should pay attention on making repairs of new library building. The rain waters are seeping on the building and thus it is posing threat to infrastructure of building and books. They appealed to officials to make the library as university and also provide online facility in an urgent manner. They alleged that all the universities in the state are having university library. There are 3,000 students studying in the University College, but the library is not able to provide proper advanced technology books to them.

The date for the notification will be published on September 11, and online registration will begin from September 16. While the date for submission of application without late fee is October 10, application with a late fee of Rs 2,000 will be accepted till October 16.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. P.V.G.D. Prasad Reddy said that the hall tickets can be downloaded from October 28 and the examinations will be held from November 8 to 12. The examination will be held for 68 subjects in 10 centres — Visakhapatnam, Rajahmahendravaram, Vijayawada, Guntur, Nellore, Anantapuram, Kurnool, Kadapa, Tirupati and Hyderabad.

No negative marking in APRCET 2019

“There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers in this year’s test. The test will be conducted in 68 subjects. After AU conducts the written test for 180 marks, the departmental research committee of the concerned university will conduct an interview for 20 marks. The final ranks or marks will be awarded after clubbing the marks obtained in the written test and the interview,” Rao said.

Candidates competed for the RRB Paramedical Staff written test will have to qualify the written test round with required cutoff marks/qualifying marks. Candidates who cleared the examination with required cutoff marks will be shortlisted for the next round of selection process.

  • The cut off for EWS candidates is also 40%,
  • For OBC and SC candidates it is 30%
  • For ST candidates it is 25%

All the Principals are informed to note that the University exam branch wish to give an opportunity to correct the name, father name and gender of the students of your college, if there are any errors. This facility is given to only those students who are studying/completed course work, but not received their provisional certificates. You are informed to verify the data printed on the recent semester-exam hall ticket with the SSC (or equivalent) certificate of the student to ascertain the claim of the student who approach the Principal office.

Students can approach respective college exam cell from 11-09-2019 to 18-09-2019 to update the details.

If the students desire to get the revised marks memos, after incorporating the corrections. A fee of Rs. 50/- per each marks memo is to be collected from the students.The revised marks memos shall be collected from your college exam cell later on. Please note that at the time of issue of new marks memos, the previous (in-correct) marks memos need to be submitted by the students to colleges.
