Karnataka KCET Counselling 2019 Information

All the candidates who got qualified in the Karnataka KCET 2019 with required qualifying marks can apply for KCET Counselling. Aspirants can select the college, course in the counseling process. Also, the required admission fee must be paid by the candidates at the time of getting admission. For counseling process, candidates need to carry all the original documents for the verification purpose. The admission will be offered purely on the basis of merit, options filled by the candidates, available seats, and other options.  The KEA will conduct first round, second round, and third round of counseling process based on the admissions and number of seats. Candidates who do not get admission in 1st phase will get admission in the 2nd phase of the counseling process.

KCET Counselling 2019 Documents Required

Candidates attending the counseling process need to carry the required set of original documents and also Xerox copies to attend the counseling process. The required documents are,

  • KCET 2019 admit card
  • KCET 2019 scorecard
  • Copy of filled-in KCET 2019 application form
  • Domicile certificate
  • One ID proof
  • The 10th and 12th class mark sheet and passing certificate
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)

KCET Counselling Process 2019

  1. Candidates have to carry the required original copies of documents for the counseling process.
  2. Initially, document verification will be done. Eligible candidates will be selected for Optional Entry. The optional entry process will be done through KEA Website.
  3. During option entry, candidates have to fill Choices such as College, course by paying the counseling fee.
  4. After a few days of option entry, the seat allotment result will be announced through online mode.
  5. The seat allotment will be done only on the basis of the KCET rank and merit of aspirants.
  6. The admission letter can be downloaded by the candidates after allotment of seats from the website.
  7. The candidates can confirm their seats by reporting to the allotted institute and complete all admission formalities.

TS MBBS/BDS Counselling Notification 2019: Telangana MBBS/BDS detailed Notification 2019 regarding cutoff scores, eligibility, instructions, procedure for filling online application and Prospectus will be available in the University website : www.knruhs.in & tsmedadm.tsche.in. Eligible Candidates can apply online from 8.00 AM on 22-06-2019 to 4.00 PM on 28-06-2019

Application forms are invited online from candidates who have qualified by securing the following cutoff scores and above in National Eligibility-cum- Entrance Test (NEET) UG – 2019 and fulfilled the following eligibility criteria for admission into Under Graduate Medical and Dental Courses for the academic year 2019-20 under Competent Authority Quota in Government, Private Medical & Dental Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, Warangal.

This notification is only for determining State Merit position for admission into Competent Authority Quota seats i.e., the seats in Government Medical / Dental Colleges after contributing 15% of seats to All India Quota and Category ‘A’ seats in Private Un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Medical colleges, Private Un-aided Non-Minority Dental Colleges including Army Dental College, Hyderabad. Total number of seats under competent authority quota along with seat-matrix for the academic year 2019-20 will be notified on KNRUHS website prior to counseling. Fee structure is as fixed by the Government.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Eligible candidates, who have qualified and secured marks of minimum percentile and above in NEET UG – 2019, have to apply for determining the State Merit position for Competent Authority quota seats in respective categories subject to the conditions specified in admission Regulations/Prospectus. (Refer regulations/ prospectus for detailed clarifications).

  1. The candidate should be an Indian National or Person of Indian Origin
  2. The candidate should have passed Intermediate
  3. OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in science subjects.

Registration and Verification Fee:

Fee for UG Medical and Dental Courses :- The Registration and Verification fee of Rs.3,500/-(Bank transaction charges extra)for OC & BC candidates and Rs.2,900/- (Bank transaction charges extra) for SC/ST candidates shall be paid through online by Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.** ** Under any circumstances fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a further date.

Procedure of filling online application and online payment for UG Medical and Dental Courses

  • Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully
  • Visit website through Internet Explorer 11 version only to fill the application form
  • The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking
  • The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable/transferrable under any circumstances.

Procedure for submission of filled-in online Application form for UG Medical and Dental courses

The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in Online application form in person along with two (2) sets of self attested copies of required certificates on the scheduled date at the specified center for verification of original certificates to be notified by the University. The candidates need not submit Printout of Application by post/by hand to the University.

  • Undertaking in the form of Affidavit on Rs. 100 /- Stamp paper by the Parent and candidate stating that the caste and area mentioned in the certificates are genuine and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per LAW if any discrepancy noticed at a later date.
  • Candidates claiming eligibility of reservation under Special categories i.e., CAP, NCC, PMC and Anglo Indian should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao announced the schedule of the appointments for the DSC-2018. The government conducted the examinations in two spells in December 2018 and January 2019. There are 4,514 school education, 1,100 posts in municipal schools, 500 posts for agency areas, 909 posts for AP Model Schools, 175 posts for AP Residential Schools and 404 vacant posts for AP BC-Welfare Residential Schools. As many as 6,08,155 candidates applied while 5,05,547 candidates took the examination. The final key of the examination will be released on February 13.

GSEB HSC Rechecking Result 2019: Gujarat Board 12th Rechecking/ Revaluation/Retotaling Results 2019 announced at gseb.org. Students Can check their gseb.org hsc rechecking result 2019 for Science, Commerce and Arts Streams below. Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) conducted the Higher Secondary Class (HSC) /Class 12th examinations from 7th March to 23rd March for science, maths, and arts streams. GSEB released the HSC results on 9th May for Science stream and other streams. All the aspirants who have appeared for the Gujarat HSC examinations have checked their Rechcking results in the month of June.

gseb.org Rechecking Result 2019: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) is the state level education board, which was formed under ‘The Gujarat Secondary Education Act 1972’. The board provides affiliations to many governments and private schools in the state of Gujarat. The GSEB is the state level education board that monitors the SSC/10th Class and HSC/intermediate education in the state. The board annually monitors the syllabus and examination patterns and various other associated aspects of the education curriculum in the state. The GSEB conducts the academic examinations in February/March months for all the students and releases the results in April/May months. Yearly, lakhs of students from Gujarat gain the certification from GSEB Board.

GSEB 12th Rechecking/Revaluation Result 2019

While the GSEB accepted applications for HSC revaluation/rechecking/retotaling after declaring the results. Candidates who felt they got less marks in the exam have applied for the recounting/revaluation in the specified dates. Letter Grades and Grade Points: The absolute grading mechanism is followed in mapping the letter grades. The marks are converted to grades based on pre-determined class interval. As per the UGC recommendations a 10-point grading system with the following letter grades are followed. The same is furnished in the following table.

A student obtaining Grade F shall be considered failed and will be required to reappear in the examination. For non-credit courses ‘Satisfactory’ or “Unsatisfactory’ shall be indicated instead of the letter grade and this will not be counted for the computation of SGPA/CGPA.

Grade Point: It is a numerical weight allotted to each letter grade on a 10-point scale.

How to calculate sgpa in engineering: The following procedure is to be adopted to compute the Semester Grade Point Averagae. (SGPA) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA):

The SGPA is the ratio of sum of the product of the number of credits with the grade points scored by a student in all the courses taken by a student and the sum of the number of credits of all the courses undergone by a student, i.e

SGPA (Si) = Σ (Ci X Gi) / Σ Ci

Where Ci is the number of credits of the ith course and Gi is the grade point scored by the student in the ith course.

The CGPA is also calculated in the same manner taking into account all the courses undergone by a student over all the semester of a programme, i.e.

CGPA = Σ (Ci X Si) / Σ Ci
