EPF Mobile Number Registration/Change: EPFO is now offering the services through SMS for the registered mobile numbers. Hence the members can register their mobile numbers with the EPFO database to use the EPF member portal. Users can change the existing mobile numbers by visiting the UAN member portal. So, here is the details process of Registering mobile number, changing the existing mobile number and to avail the EPF services through SMS.

EPF Mobile Number Registration/Change – EPF Balance Check on mobile Using UAN

EPFO is one of the World’s largest Social Security Organisations in terms of clientele and the volume of financial transactions undertaken. At present it maintains 17.14 crore accounts (Annual Report 2015-16) pertaining to its members. The Employees’ Provident Fund came into existence with the promulgation of the Employees’ Provident Funds Ordinance on the 15th November, 1951. It was replaced by the Employees’ Provident Funds Act, 1952.

How to Register Mobile Number in EPF Account

UAN can be generated through the EPF membership portal. The following is the process to follow to activate the UAN number.

Step 1: Visit EPF Member Portal

Step 2: Now, click on “Activate UAN”

Step 3: Enter the details of your Name, UAN, Date of birth, Mobile number and Email id

How to Register Mobile Number in EPF Account

Step 4: Tap on “Get Authorization Pin”

Step 5: The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 6: Now, enter the OTP. Your UAN and mobile number will be activated and registered with your EPF account.

How to Change Mobile Number in EPF Account Online if You Forget the Password

If you forget the password of the EPF account then using the UAN number it can be generated. Check the following steps to change the password of the EPF account.

1. Visit the EPF member portal

2. Search for “Forgot Password” on the homepage and click on it.

3. Now, enter the details of UAN number and captcha and click on the “Submit” button

 

4. To change the registered mobile number, Click on “NO” button

5. Provide the details of your Name, Date Of Birth, Gender and then click on “Verify” button

6. Select Aadhaar/PAN and enter your Aadhaar/PAN details for the sake of verification. Now tap on the “Verify” button to validate your request.

7. After the validation of details, users can request to “Get OTP” by entering NEW Mobile Number

8. To users mobile number the OTP will be sent. Enter the OTP and click on the “Verify” button

9. Enter the new password and click on the “submit” button. And the new password must be entered twice.

10. The new password will be changed successfully.

How to Change Mobile Number in EPF Account Online

After your UAN and mobile number got registered, the EPF services will be done through the mobile number.

1. Visit the EPF member portal and login to the account with your UAN and password.

2. Now, select “Contact Details” in the “Manage” section

3. Now click on the “Check Mobile No.” option, in the provided space, you have to enter the mobile number twice. Now click on “Get Authorization Pin”

5. Enter this OTP and click on the “Submit” button

6. That’s it, your updated mobile number will be updated in the EPF portal

Know Your balance: Missed Call Facility

Members registered on the UAN portal may get their details available with EPFO by giving a missed call to 011-22901406 from their registered Mobile number.

If the UAN of the member is seeded with any one of the Bank A/C number, AADHAAR and PAN the member will get details of last contribution and PF Balance.

  • Call automatically gets disconnected after two rings
  • No cost to the member to avail this service

Short Code SMS Service

UAN activated Members may know their latest PF contribution and balance available with EPFO by sending an SMS at 7738299899 from registered mobile number.

“EPFOHO UAN” to 7738299899.

The facility is available in English (default) and Hindi, Punjabi, Guajarati, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Bengali.

For receiving the SMS in any of the languages other than English, first three characters of the preferred language needs to be added after UAN.

For example, to receive in SMS in Telugu then SMS to be send will be

“EPFOHO UAN TEL” to 7738299899.

  • SMS should be sent from the registered mobile number of UAN.
  • EPFO sends last PF contribution and balance details of the member along with available KYC information.

RSMSSB Junior Instructor Cutoff marks, merit list 2019

Candidates competed for the junior instructor written test can download the cutoff marks/qualifying marks of the examination. The cutoff marks/qualifying marks will be decided based on various factors such as the number of posts, number of competitors, and various other factors. RSMSSB Junior Instructor cutoff marks category-wise and section-wise will be released. Candidates have to score the cutoff marks in all scenarios to clear off the examination. RSMSSB Junior Instructor Merit List 2019 will be released with the candidate’s names who cleared the examination with required cutoff marks. RSMSSB will announce junior instructor result, cutoff marks, and merit list at a time on its official portal, rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in. Candidates Minimum Qualifying Mark in the Exam is 40% .

NVSP Status Check 2019: National Voter Service Portal (NVSP) is the official portal of India that permits the Indian citizens to enroll the new voter identity cards and to check the name in new voter id card list. This portal is exclusively meant for the voter ID services for the Indian citizen. The NVSP portal was introduced in 2015 by the Election Commission of India (ECI) to make the voter id cards issue process online. With this portal, the citizen need not visit the BLO or any other officials, instead, they can apply for the voter id cards easily from online.   • Initially, visit the NVSP Official website, nvsp.in
  • On the homepage, Click on “Search Your Name in Electoral Roll” link at the left side of the website.
  • Now provide the required details, and fill the correct captcha code and tap on the search button.
  • Now, Check the details. If the user is having the voter id, the details will be displayed on the screen. Otherwise, the voters can apply for the new voter id card from this website.

How to check NVSP application status 2019?

Voter ID status checking can also be done through the NVSP portal. Now, the voters are hassle-free and need not visit any of the BLO or other departments. Just go through the following steps to check the Voter ID application status.

  • Initially, visit the NVSP official portal, nvsp.in. Upon visiting the portal, search for the corresponding link to check the voter id card application status on the home screen.
  • “Track Application Status” link will be visible on the screen.
  • Now, tap on the link and enter the login credentials, reference id, and other information and click on “track status” button.
  • Now, check the application details from the screen. And contact the NVSP authority through the helpline numbers if any help required.

How to apply online for new voter ID card 2019?

The NVSP portal lets the users apply for the new voter id cards. Follow the procedure given below to apply for new voter id cards.

  • Initially, visit the NVSP Official portal, nvsp.in.
  • On the homepage, search for “Apply online for registration of new voters” i.e. Form6 link and click on the link.
  • Fill Details – Form6 such as current address, personal detail, permanent address, other necessary specifications and as well attach the required scanned copies of documents.
  • The last step is a declaration. Users have to ensure all the details filled correctly and have to click on the “replies”. The applicants will be issued voter id cards within a few days after filling up the application forms. Until then the users can keep tracking the status of their application.

How to apply for Duplicate Voter ID Card?

  • Visit the State Electoral Officer’s site.
  • Search for EPIC-002 Form and download (Each state have different form format)
  • Now, Fill up this form and attach supporting documents like FIR, Address and Identity Proof whatever necessary.
  • Submit the application form to the nearest electoral office
  • The applicants will be provided with reference number after submission of application form.
  • After certain verification, your application is passed to the next level.
  • Now, the users can track their duplicate voter id status by visiting the NVSP portal.
  • Applicants will be received the voter ID card SMS alert when it is ready. Visit the specified electoral office to collect the duplicate voter id card.
