The Commissioner of Technical Education vide reference cited above has issued the student transfer notification for the Academic Year 2024-25. The Principals of the Autonomous Colleges/Affiliated Colleges of JNTUH are requested to follow the below schedule for student transfers:

Further, the Principals are also requested to guide the students who are seeking transfer from one college to another college through online student transfer process and effect the student transfers only after receiving the transfer proceedings from the competent authority.

The letter received from the Commissioner of Technical Education is enclosed and all the Principals are requested to go through the notification.

Conditions for student transfers:
1. The students can be transferred from One Engineering/ Pharmacy/ MBA/ MCA/Architecture private college to another private college at II, III and IV year level within Telangana State subject to availability of unfilled/vacant seats.

2. Both transferor (from Institution) & transferee (to Institution) institutions should issue concerned No Objection Certificate (NOC).

3. The management of the institutions concerned shall make sure that there is no fee due on part of the student before issuing the NOC. On approval of transfer of the candidate by the Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana State, the management of the transferring Institution shall return all the original certificates of the candidates concerned, along with the transfer certificate without any delay.

4. The transfer must be in the same branch of Engineering, in which the student was studying in the institution from where the transfer is sought, subject to availability of the unfilled/vacant seats. In any case after effecting the transfers, the total strength of each branch should not be more than the sanctioned intake capacity of the branch as prescribed by AICTE and affiliating university.

5. For all student transfers, except for the transfers from one Private non-autonomous College to another Private non-autonomous College both affiliated to the same University in the State, the Registrar of the University to which the transferee Institution is affiliated, must provide information on the number of credits that can be transferred and the equivalence of core subjects that the student must study.

6. There should be a valid reason for transfer such as medical grounds /Parents transfer (Govt. employees only)/Closure of the Institution or course etc.

7. Students who are admitted under Convener Quota can be transferred to either Convener or Management Quota. But those who are admitted under Management Quota can only be transferred to Management Quota. However those who are transferred to management quota are not eligible for fee reimbursement and scholarships provided by the state government.

Further, the student transfers shall be effected through an online software application from this year onwards i.e. w.e.f A.Y. 2024-25. Notification for IV-II B.Tech/B.Pharm Advanced Supply Exams August-2024

NOTE:

1. JNTUH through Proceeding No. JNTUH/EB/11148/2/2018 Dated.20-01-2018 have extended certain benefits to Physically Handicapped students (deaf, dumb, hearing impaired, orthopedically handicapped and visually handicapped) such as exemption from payment of examination fee and pass marks. The principals may submit the certificate of permanent disability in the year of admissions and it holds good for entire duration of the course. The colleges need not submit proof of disability for every series of exams (Only in case of permanent disability).

2. If any student applied for RC/RV and if the results are not declared by the time of start of registrations for exams., the candidates are advised to register as per the time schedule given in the notification even for the subjects in which they have failed and waiting for RC/RV results. However, if the candidate passes the examination in RC/RV results, the Principals are requested to take necessary steps to refund exam. fee paid by the students for the subjects in which he/she passed and transfer the consolidated fees excluding the above amount.

3. The request for the Challenge Valuation shall only be considered for those who applied for revaluation in the specific subject.

4. If there are any discrepancies like the question is incomplete in the question paper or a question is out of syllabus, all such discrepancies should be submitted to Director of Evaluation within 3 days of that examination. Otherwise such requests will not be entertained.

A Candidate has to choose one of these 6 Languages under Language-I of TET, those candidates should have compulsorily studied that Language either as medium of study or as First Language at least up to Class X. The candidates who studied CBSE/ .­ ICSE curriculum can choose the Language which they studied up to Class X.
  • The Language-II shall be English for all candidates.
  • The syllabus for Language I & II shall be based on Proficiency in the language, Elements of language, communication and comprehension abilities (Classes Ill to VIII and Standards linkage up to class X level).
  • For 30 MCQs under Language 1&11, 24 MCQs will be on content and 6 MCQs on Pedagogy of the Language
  • The syllabus for Mathematics & Environmental Studies are designed on the basis of topics of Classes Ill to VIII. The difficulty standard as well as, ;- linkages of content/topics could be up to Secondary Stage (up to Class X) .Y for testing. The test items in Mathematics and Environmental Studies will contain 30 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) each, both on Content and Pedagogy. In Mathematics, 24 MCQs will be on Content and 6 MCQs on Pedagogy. Similarly, in Environmental Studies 24 MCQs will be on Content . and 6 MCQs on Pedagogy.
  • The detailed syllabus for all subjects shall be designed by the SCERT and the same shall be issued along with the Notification. Candidates are informed to follow present State syllabus and textbooks of Class Ill to V and previous State syllabus and textbooks of classes VI to X and present Bilingual Textbooks of Class VI to IX (2023-24 SCERT Text Books) may be :r followed. The candidates has to follow 2016, 2019 editions of D.Ed/O.EI.Ed Telugu Academy/SCERT textbooks.

MEDIUM OF QUESTION PAPER

The Qualified and eligible candidates of APEAPCET-2024, desirous of seeking admission into B.E/B.Tech Courses are informed that the web counseling process comprising the payment of processing fee cum registration, online certificate verification and option entry will be conducted from 01-07-2024 to 13-07-2024. The candidates are instructed to follow guidelines/Instructions to candidates or user manual to proceed for web counseling process.

Registration and Payment of Processing fee:

1. Open the website using https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in and click on EAPCET-2024 ADMISSIONS

2. Then click on Registration form link

3. Candidate can enter into Registration form by using “EAPCET Hall Ticket No” and “Date of Birth”

4. Registration form with all the basic information is displayed, verify all the details. a. if no mistakes found, accept the declaration and candidate will be directed to “Processing fee payment gateway”. b. If any mistake found in the information provided, candidate can use the provision to make changes by selecting the option “Yes” from the drop down box provided before the declaration and click on submit button, which will direct the candidate to make any corrections to rectify the mistakes using suitable data with relevant document proofs to be uploaded through online. Then accept the declaration and candidate will be directed to processing fee payment gateway.

  • The processing fee for web counseling is Rs.1200/- (for OC/BC) and Rs. 600/- (for SC/ST). The candidates are instructed to pay through online by credit card/ debit card/net banking etc in web site https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
  • All the candidates from 1 to Last Rank can pay the processing fee from 01.07.2024 to 07.07.2024 using URL https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

5. Once the payment is success, then click on print button and take a print out of the payment receipt.

AP EAPCET Schedule for verification of certificates & Web Options Entry

Instructions on exercising the options in the First phase counseling:

1) The following category of candidates can exercise options in the First phase counseling. The Candidates

a) Who has secured seat but not shown interest to join in the allotted seat.

b) Who have not secured seats so far, but got their certificates verified.

c) Who have not exercised the options so far, but got their certificates verified.

d) Who have secured seats, reported and aspiring for a better option.

e) Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their allotment.

f) Who have attended for certificate verification as per the above schedule.

2) Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for this second Phase of counseling for allotment of a seat and candidates have to exercise options.

3) Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on the previous allotment.

4) It is advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies would arise in all colleges in the process of sliding.

Verification of Certificates:

  • On payment of processing fee, Registration number and Login Id Number will be provided through SMS for the Mobile number furnished at the time of filing the application or modified mobile number to all such candidates whose certificate data is already verified through web services. For candidates whose certificate data is incomplete an SMS is sent to attend for verification of certificates at HLC.
  • On confirmation of the displayed data, candidate can create password.
  • Login id, Hall Ticket number, date of birth and password already created can be used to enter the options from Internet facility available at Home/Internet Café/Helpline Center.
  • In respect of candidates whose data is incomplete/ not verified the registration tab will not be opened and a message saying your certificates not verified please contact nearest Help Line Centers for certificate verification such candidates have to visit nearest help line centre and get the certificates verified and proceed for option entry.
  • Candidates are informed that the verification of certificates viz SSC memo, Intermediate marks memo, VI class to Intermediate study certificates, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate/Ration Card, Economically Weaker section(EWS) certificate, Physically Challenged Certificate, Residence Certificate have to be verified by the counseling authorities.
  • However, candidates are requested to note that these certificates were already verified through web services from the respective board/agencies based on the information furnished by the candidate while applying for AP EAMCET 2024 i.e., Common Entrance Test.
  • However, in some cases the verification may be incomplete. Hence the candidates are requested to note the following.
  • After payment of processing fee Click on “Verification Status

1. Enter Hall ticket Number and click on “Show” button.

2. The candidate details will be displayed and at the bottom of the screen the candidates whose certificates got verified online will get display message “ Candidate is eligible for exercising options“ all such candidates need not go to Help line centers for certificate verification and they have to proceed to option entry as per the schedule given in the notification.

3. The candidates whose certificates are not verified online will get display “candidate is not eligible” then such candidates have to go to Help line centers and get their certificates verified and they have to proceed to option entry as per the schedule given in the notification

4. If the candidate is not agreeing with the data verified, candidate is directed to visit the nearest Helpline Centre with all original certificates for verification.

5. Verified candidates need to check the Eligibility for Fee Reimbursement, if it is displayed as “NO” but you are eligible for Fee Reimbursement then after paying the Processing Fee go to the nearest Helpline Centre with Original Income Certificate/Ration card to get Fee Reimbursement Eligibility.

6. Verify the mobile number displayed in the verification status for correctness as all the counseling information will be sent to this mobile number only. If candidate wants to change his/her mobile number visit nearest Helpline Centre and request to change the mobile number in writing to HLC coordinator.

7. The Candidate is requested to verify all the details displayed and Candidate wishes to change the data like Date of Birth, Gender, Region, Caste, Fee Exemption, Minority, Mobile Number etc approach nearby Help Line Center with Original certificates for verification.

1) AP EAPCET-2024 Rank card.

2) AP EAPCET-2024 Hall Ticket.

3) Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent).

4) Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo).

5) Transfer Certificate ( T.C)

6) Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate

7) EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category

8) Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.

9) Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.

10) Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.

11) Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2020 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parents name have to be reflected in the ration card) those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)

12) Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2024 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
