JNTU Hyderabad Revised Rules For Award of Degree

The University has implemented the order to award ‘SECOND CLASS’ to such students who secured either or more than 49.5% but lesser than 59.5%; ‘FIRST CLASS’ to such students who secured either or more than 59.5% but lesser than 69.5% and ‘FIRST CLASS WITH DISTINCTION’ to such students securing either or more than 69.5%.

As a result of the above, there is no addition of 0.15% of Marks to the students for a change of CLASS [Class Change Rule]. Hence, all the Principals are requested NOT to send any letters in this regard.

Revised Rules For Award Of Degree

1st Class with Distinction : 69.5% and above
1st Class : Above 59.5% but less than 69.5%
2nd Class : Above 49.5% but less than 59.5%
Pass Class : Below 49.5%

AP EAMCET 2016 Final Phase/Phase 2 Counselling Notification @ apeamcet.nic.in

Eligible Candidates of AP EAMCET-2016 (M.P.C. Stream) are informed to exercise the options using their old password and Login ID.No. for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in process of allotment, additional seats and seats available in new colleges/courses, if any and also Pharma.D from any Help Line Centre or Internet facility (Café/Home) as per the schedule given below. The Candidates Who have not attended for Certificate verification during first phase should get their certificates verified on 23.07.2016 from any Help Line Center. However the special reservation category candidates ( Anglo Indian/Sports/NCC/CAP/PH) who did not get their certificates verified earlier should get their certificates verified now at Govt. Polytechnic, Near Benz Circle, Vijayawada only on 23/07/2016 and exercise options on the same day and also on 24.07.2016 till 6.00PM as per the Ranks mentioned below.

DATE FOR EXERCISING OPTIONS : 23-07-2016 & 24-07-2016 till 6.00PM

All Help Line Centres will work from 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM. For list of Help Line centers see the Annexure-I.

Who can exercise options?

Candidates who have secured seats but not interested to join.
Who have not secured seats so far, but got their certificates verified.
Who have not exercised the options so far, but got their certificates verified.
Who have secured seats, reported and aspiring for a better option.
Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their 1st Phase allotment.

Note:

1. Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for this Phase of admissions for allotment of a seat and candidates have to exercise options afresh.
2. For Eligibility Criteria, Certificates to be produced and Help Line Centres refer earlier Notification and website: http://apeamcet.nic.in
3. Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on the previous allotment.
4. It is advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies would arise in all colleges in the process of sliding.

ALERT MESSAGE

Candidates who have secured a seat during phase-I might have indicated their acceptance to join the allotted college through self-reporting system and also reported at the allotted college.
Candidates who have reported in the colleges shall also verify whether their joining is updated by the college or not by following the link “View joining details” in the Candidates Login and alert the colleges accordingly.
If any of the two above activities are not performed, the seat allotted will be treated as a vacancy for this phase of counseling.

The B.Tech/ B.Pharmacy students of JNTUK are requested to collect their PC & CMM on 23-07-2016 from 10.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m. by submitting the applications duly forwarded by the principal of the concerned college.

All the Principals of affiliated/constituent colleges of JNTU KAKINADA are here by informed that the Provisional certificates (PC) and consolidated marks memo (CMM) of B.Tech/B.Pharmacy courses will be issued on 23-07-2016 for the candidates who are eligible for the award of the degree. The Principals are requested to inform the candidates and upload the details of such candidates through the examinations portal on or before 21-07-2016 by 6.00 p.m.

Further, the Principals are requested to submit following to the controller of examinations (UG), JNTU KAKINADA on 23-07-2016 and collect the certificates from the office:

Applications for Provisional certificates and consolidated marks memo of each student along with the original and attested copies of all marks memos.

D.D/challan towards the application fee (Rs. 200 per candidate)

Note: Certificates will be issued for those candidates whose details are uploaded through the college examination portal.

JNTUK : Implementation of Aadhaar Based Biometric Attendance System

The Principals of all Autonomous and Affiliated Colleges Offering PG Programmes, JNTUK Kakinada

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub: DAP -Implementation of Aadhaar Based Biometric Attendance System- Reg.

Ref: 1. APSCHE Letter No.APSCHE/UMS-Biometric-Univs. – Colleges/2015, dated 23-07-2015.

2. This office Letter No.RP/Bio-Metric/2015, dated 25-07-2015.

As per the Instructions of the APSCHE and subsequent meeting of Principals/Managements with Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor it is decided to implement Aadhaar based biometric attendance system from the Academic Year 2016-17.

For implementing Aadhaar based biometric attendance system, all the Principals have to register the college in http://attendance.gov.in by using the following steps:

1. Download the on-boarding form, i.e., “Appendix ‘A’ – Application format for Organization on-boarding” from http://attendance.gov.in/ or you can use the attached; fill all the fields (except – NIC Coordinator Mobile, NIC Coordinator e-Mail) scan and e-mail to s3baba@nic.in and pmu.guru@ap.gov.in

2. Obtain the hard copy and soft copy (excel form) of the details of “Employee Information Form” and “Student Form” (attached) from all the faculty/staff and students of the college.

3. And also, it is advised to procure” Aadhaar based biometric attendance system” which support NIC software, which are available directly in the market ( with DGS&D rate contract) to obtain attendance from faculty and students.

Please treat this as most urgent and complete on priority basis, as it is a government initiative and mandatory to avail government supported schemes.

JNTUK Dispatched PC & CMM For All the 2016 Outgoing Batch. The University is proposed to issue PC & CMM from 2016 outgoing batch onwards through Bulk printing.

JNTU Kakinada Dispatched PC & CMM For All the 2016 Outgoing Batch

Jntu kakinada has Dispatched PC & CMM For All the 2016 Outgoing Batch applied in schedule-I, II.

In Phase-I : The students are having with 208 (regular), 170(Lateral Entries) credits out of 208 and 170 credits respectively(i.e., passed all subjects)
In Phase-II for remaining students who are eligible to get PC.

The dispatch schedule for various colleges are :

-> PC & CMM dispatch Schedule-II of Phase-I scheduled on 07-07-2016 is postponed to 08-07-2016 due to public holiday (RAMZAN).

Finally all the 2016 passed out students, Who applied For PC & CMM, are requested to collect from their respective colleges.
