I am by direction, with to inform that the Department of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has sent the students list of “Pratibha Awards – 2015” together with Medal/Certificate/DD for the eligible students of the Constituent/Affiliated/Autonomous Colleges for the academic year 2014-15.

In this connection, the Principals of the concerned colleges are requested to inform the students, as per the lists enclosed, to collect the above on 02.07.2016 at 10.00 AM in the University Conference Hall, JNTUK, Kakinada.

In view of the above the principals are requested to inform the students should bring the DECLARATION form attested by the College Principals along with ID proof at the time of collection of “Medal/Certificate/DD”. The same declaration form have to submitted to Department of Collegiate Education, Hyderabad.

JNTUK Implementation of Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College students through National e-Scholarship.

Sub- JNTUK – Affiliated colleges- Implementation of “Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College students through National e- Scholarship”- Online Application -Reg

You are aware that under the “Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College students” Scholarship amount is being disbursed directly through bank accounts of the beneficiary students of the colleges. In the letter under reference, the APSCHE has informed that MHRD Gov.of India has launched the National e- Scholarship portal under the digital India initiative to ensure timely disbursement of scholarship to the students.

In this connection, I am by direction request you to see that all eligible students apply online on the National e- Scholarship portal, which need to be validated online by the colleges concerned.

A copy of the letter under reference along with the enclosures are herewith for taking necessary action in this regard.

JNTU Kakinada has announced Examination schedule for Ph.D Credit Course – 2016 & list of registered candidates.

In continuation to the Circular dated 24-05-2016, it is to inform that following is the list of Ph.D Students, registered for Ph.D Credit Course Examinations to be held on 26.06.2016 as detailed below.

NOTE: 1. For any clarifications and queries, please contact Office of Director of Evaluation, JNTUK, Kakinada on or before 23-06-2016 by 5.00 PM.

JNTUK Guidelines For Transfer of Students from One College to Another College

Sub: JNTUK— DAP — Transfer of Students from one college to another college — Registering of additional subjects

With regards to transfer of students/re-registration, all the principals are hereby informed to follow the rules and regulations put forth by the University in accordance with the G.O’s. It is herewith attached the circular dated 03.07.2015 for your perusal and implement scrupulously.

The Principals of afﬁliated colleges who have admitted the students from other colleges (Autonomous Colleges and other Universities) shall implement the following guidelines While registering for additional subjects.

The substitute subjects and additional subjects shall be as per the transfer order 7 given by the Government.
A student can only register for a Maximum of two subjects oﬁ‘ered during that semester in addition to the regular subjects of the semester.
The student shall register for the additional subjects within one week from the start of the semester.
The Principal shall send the information regarding the re- registration to DAP and DB within 15 days from the start of the semester.
