NIMCET Seat Allotment Result 2021 (Available) – 1st Round Counselling Schedule @ nimcet.in

NIMCET 1st Round Seat Allotment Result 2021: National Institute of Technology Raipur is going to announce the NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) First round seat allotment result on 31st August. Candidates who got the admission in 1st round seat allotment can pay the required fee from 1st and 2nd September. Document verification will be done from 4th to 7th September for the fee paid candidates. After completion of the NIMCET 1st round admission process, 2nd round seat allotment and DV process will commence. NIT has conducted the NIMCET examination on 14th august and announced the result on august. NIMCET choice filling process had happened from 24th to 28th august. The 1st round seat allotment result was announced on 26th November. Candidates who got admission in 1st round seat allotment had appeared for the DV round from 2—. The 2nd round seat allotment result is slated to release on 11th september.

Every year the National Institute of Technology organizes the NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) for aspirants seeking to get admission in MCA course. This is the national level examination conducted across many cities in India. Admission of the students will be done based on the rank of the competitors. 11 NITs participating to conduct the test. There are 85 available seats for MCA in NITs. The NIT has accepted applications from the aspirants seeking to compete for the NIMCET examination from 14th august. Many of the competitors aspiring to get admission in NIT have applied for the NIMCET Examination.

All the Principals of colleges offering B.Tech./B.Pharm. courses are informed to note that the University is scheduled to conduct the B.Tech./B.Pharm IV-II Advanced supply University Examinations to the students in conventional (off-line) mode at the centres which are nearer to their respective hometowns/ villages.

The Principals are requested to make arrangements to contact all students of above mentioned courses and take at most three cluster options (in the order of preference) from each student for writing their examinations. The places which the students are opting must have at least one JNTUH affiliated Engg. / Pharmacy college. The students who desire to write the exam at their parent college cluster (where the student is studying), need not give their options. If any student does not submit his/her options, it shall be assumed that his/her parent college cluster is his/her cluster preference. Further, if the seating capacity exceeds at all three preferences, Parent College cluster shall be the exam centre for such students.

The entry of the student preferences have to be carried out by the college exam branch staff only. For the service to enter the student options, visit the exams registration portal. Last date for uploading the centre preference is 02-09-2021 (Thursday). However for those students who are going to write B.Tech. / B.Pharm 2-1, 3-1 and 4-1 Supply exams commencing from 4-09-2021, their IV-II advanced supply exam centre will be given same as that of B.Tech./B.Pharm 2-1, 3-1 and 4-1 Supply exams.

Sub: JNTUH, Hyderabad -Directorate of Academic & Planning – Opening of Educational Institutions from 1st September 2021 in physical mode -Reg.

With reference to the letter (1) cited above, the Secretary to Government, Education (PROG.II) department, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad has informed that the Government after careful examination and due consultation with Health Department, directs that all public and private educational institutions shall open from 1st September 2021 in physical mode duly following covid norms.

In the rnfernnce (2), the Circular of the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad instructed to take up the following activities in all Educational Institutions before 30.08.2021 and then on regular basis in view of reopening of Educational Institutions from 01.09.2021:

1.Cleaning of all Class Rooms and Premises.

2. All the public toilets inside shall be cleaned.

3. All bushes (pitchi mokkalu) in and around premises shall be cleared.

4. Disinfectant powder with Lime Powder/bleaching powder (calcium hydroxide) with required mix 1:4 or 1:8 as per dampness and not spots-open urination -mixing 1 :2 to 1 :4 ratio after cleaning need to be taken up.

5. Cleaning of all OHT/SUMP / Sintex tanks.

6. Drinking Water tap connections and repairs if any shall be completed.

7. Sprayed up with disinfectant with freshly prepared 1% Sodium Hypo Chlorite or Phenolic disinfectant at frequent intervals / disinfectant spraying with bleaching powder (calcium hydroxide).

8. Anti Fly measures shall be undertaken by spraying nuvan (5 to 10 ml in a bucket of water and spraying or sprinkling or wet mopping) where ever fly menace is existing and adequate sanitation measures shall be taken up to prevent breeding of flies.

9. Antilarval measures should include overhead tanks, underground storage tanks, cement tanks and removal and cleaning of old metal drums, earthen jars, rain water harvesting tanks and coolers (Hot and Dry areas), coconut shells, tyres and other dumped containers etc.

10. Necessary steps to drain away the stagnant water and fill any water cesspools.

11. Advice to the students/faculty/staff to get vaccination.

TSRJC Counselling 2021 Dates, Registration: Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society (TREIS) announced the counseling schedule for TSRJC CET 2021. The Telangana State Residential Junior College (TSRJC) Common Entrance Test 2021 has been conducted on 14th august and the TREIS recently released the result of TSRJC CET on 26th august. The list of marks was sent to 64,324 students who attended the exam throughout the state. The available Junior Gurukul colleges in the Telangana state are 35 and the available seats are 1500for MPC, 1440 for Bi.P.C, 60 for MEC. Aspirants competed for TSRJC CET 2021 can check the results, and availability of seat details from the TSRJC official website, tsrjdc.cgg.gov.in. Students qualified the TSRJC CET with good merit will have to attend the counseling on 30th august respectively. The counseling process will be held for girls and boys individually in 10 old districts of Telangana.

Telangana State Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSREIS) annually conducts the TSRJC examination to give admission for merit students into free intermediate residential courses. Students qualifying the TSRJC examination with good merit will get admission in various government Intermediate residential courses. Every year the TSRJC Common Entrance Test will be conducted in many examination centers across Telangana state. Year by year the competition is raising for TSRJC CET examination. Students aspiring to get admission in the intermediate course in various residential colleges of Telangana have to qualify the TSRJC CET with good merit.

TSRJC CET 2021 Counselling Schedule, Important Documents, and Guidelines

Students who have qualified the TSRJC CET 2021 with good merit are eligible to attend the counseling round to get admissions into various Junior Gurukul colleges in Telangana. The counseling process has been scheduled to be held in June respectively in 10 old districts of Telangana state.

Qualified aspirants will be called 1:10 ratio for open category and 1:5 ratio for reservation category. Candidates shortlisted in the merit list will be sent an SMS about the counseling details. Candidates who are shortlisted for the counseling round will have to attend the counseling at scheduled time and place along with the original, and Xerox copies of required documents. Candidates will be shortlisted for the admissions on the basis of merit, and the category they belong to.

TSRJC CET 2021 Eligibility Criteria for admissions

Candidates belong to OC category must have passed the SSC examination with GPA 6, and candidates belonging to BC, SC, ST categories requires a GPA of 5. And candidates from Telugu and Urdu mediums seeking to get admission in English medium must have the GPA 5 in the SSC/relevant examination.

Important Certificates:

  • Original pass Certificate of SSC or its equivalent Exam and Marks Memo / at least internet copy.
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the Head of the Institution.
  • Conduct Certificate and Study Certificate for Seven consecutive years of study from Class IV to X. For private candidates, Nativity Certificate obtained from the Tahsildar concerned. (Residence Certificate is not valid for Private candidates)
  • Permanent Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar concerned for B.C., S.C., and S.T. Students.
  • Physical Fitness Certificate from the Doctor not below the rank of Asst. Civil Surgeon.
  • Three Sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates. Six latest Passport size photographs.

Special Reservation Category:

  • PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED: A Certificate from the Orthopaedic Surgeon of the Govt. Hospital (Minimum disability – 40%).
  • SPORTS: A participation certificate at National/State/Zonal/District level issued by the Sports Authority concerned, District level Participation certificate is the minimum eligibility.
  • Children of Armed Personnel CATEGORY: A Certificate from DSSA (or) from the competent authority for children of Ex-Service personnel (or) the Children of Service personnel from the state of Telangana.

Fee Particulars:

Selected students will have to pay the special fee at the counseling venue.

The counseling process will be done at the venues announced by TREIS. And the students qualified to attend the counseling round will have to attend the counseling along with the parents. The counseling process will be starting at 11.30 AM and the students have to report at 11 AM sharp.

TSRJC CET Guidelines

Students qualified in the counseling process will get admission in TS Jr colleges. The colleges will offer the things mentioned below.

  • College Uniform Boys: White Shirt, Sky Blue Pant: 2 Pairs Additional: White Shirt, White Pant -1 Pair, Night Pajamas –2 Pairs.
  • For Girls: White Top, Sky Blue bottom, Sky Blue Chunni, Additional: White & White Chudidar, White Odni – 1 Pair
  • Games Dress: White knicker & White T-Shirt –1 Pair
  • White canvas Shoe: 1-Pair with full white socks
  • Chappals: 1 – Pair, Mosquito net – 1No, Bucket – 1, Mug – 1, Plate – 1, Glass – 1 and other minimum bedding material.
