కరోనా సెకండ్ తో 2020-21 అకడమిక్ ఇయర్ అస్తవ్యస్థమైంది. జేఎన్టీయూ గతంలో ప్రకటించిన షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారం ఆగస్టులో ఇంజినీరింగ్, ఫార్మసీ ఫైనలియర్ ఫైనల్ సెమిస్టర్ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాల్సి ఉంది. కానీ ఫారిన వర్సిటీల్లో అడ్మిషన్లు, క్యాంపస్టం టర్వ్యూల్లో వివిధ కంపెనీల్లో జాకు సెలెక్ట్ అయిన వారికి ఇబ్బందులు ఉంటాయనిస్టూడెంట్స్ షెడ్యూల్ మార్చాలని వర్సిటీ అధికారులను కోరారు. దీంతో సర్కారు అనుమతితో పరీక్షలను నెలన్నర ముందుకు మార్చారు. జూన్ 14 నుంచి పది రోజులపాటు బీటెక్, బీఫార్మసీ ఫైనల్ సెమిస్టర్ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించేందు కు నిర్ణయించారు.ఈ ఎగ్జామ్ టైమ్ కూడా 3 గంటల నుంచి 2 గంటలకు కుదించడంతో పాటు క్వశ్చన్ల వాల్యూమ్ ను తగ్గించారు. అయితే కరోనా కేసులు ఇంకా పెరుగుతుండటం, లాక్ డౌన్ తో పరీక్షల ని ర్వహణపై స్టూడెంట్లలో ఆందోళన పెరిగింది. దీంతో జేఎన్టీయూ ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఏర్పాట్లను చేపట్టింది.
పేపర్,పెన్నుతోటే..
జేఎన్టీయూ పరిధిలోని కాలేజీల్లో బీటెక్, బీఫార్మసీ ఫై నలియర్ స్టూడెంట్లు సుమారు 40 వేల మంది వరకు ఉంటారు. వీరికి ఒకేసారి పరీక్షలను నిర్వహించను న్నారు. ప్రస్తుతమున్న పరిస్థితుల్లో స్టూడెంట్లు కాలేజీ లకు వచ్చి పరీక్షలు రాసే అవకాశం లేకపోవడంతో, ఎక్కడి నుంచైనా ఎగ్జామ్ రాసుకునే అవకాశమివ్వా లనివర్సిటీ అధికారులు నిర్ణయించారు. అయితే ఆన్ లైలో కాకుండా, పేపర్, పెన్ను ద్వారానే రాయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఎగ్జామ్ రాసే రెండు గంటల పాటు ల్యాప్ టాప్ లేదా సెల్ ఫోన్ కెమెరాలో పరీక్ష రాసే స్టూడెంట్ కనిపించేలా ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఎగ్జామ్ రాసే వారిని వర్సిటీ తయారు చేయించిన సాఫ్ట్వేర్ ద్వారా పర్యవేక్షణ చేయనున్నారు. ఏఐతో అనుసంధానమైన ఆసాఫ్ట్వేర్ స్టూడెంట్లు పరీక్ష రాసే సమయంలో అటూ ఇటు చూస్తే పలుమార్లు హెచ్చ రికలు చేయనుంది. స్టూడెంట్లు ఎక్కువ సార్లు ఈ తప్పిదం చేస్తే సాఫ్ట్ వేర్ ఆఫ్ అయిపోతుంది. దీంతో అతని పరీక్ష టైమ్ పూర్తయినట్టు లెక్క.. అయితే ప్రతి 20మంది స్టూడెంట్లకు ఓ ఇన్విజిలేటర్ మానిటరింగ్ చేస్తారు. పరీక్ష రాసే విధానాన్ని ప్రత్యక్షంగా పరిశీలి స్తారు. ఒక కాలేజీ లెక్చరరు,మరో కాలేజీ స్టూడెంట్ల కు ఇన్విజిలేషన్ చేసేలా పరీక్షల విభాగం అధికారులు డ్యూటీలు వేయనున్నారు. పరీక్ష టైమ్ పూర్తయిన పది నిమిషాల్లో ఆ పేపర్లను ఫొటో తీసి, పీడీఎ రూపంలో పంపించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఆన్లైన్లో ఏమైనా సమస్య లుంటే, మళ్లీ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలని భావిస్తున్నా రు. అయితే ఇప్పటికే దీనిపై పలుమార్లు డెమో కూడా చేసి, పరీక్షించారు. సక్సెస్ కావడంతో ఫైనలియర్ వారికి దీన్ని అమలు చేయనున్నారు.

With reference to the subject cited, as per the reference cited it was decided to Rationalize all subjects of various schemes of C-09, C-14, C-16 and C-16S to C-18 scheme subjects for issue of single question paper.
Accordingly, the subject experts have mapped all old schemes subjects to C18 scheme Subjects as detailed in the annexure enclosed. From the ensuing examinations the students having backlogs of C-09, C-14, C-16 and C-16S has to write the examinations as per syllabus of respective rationalized subject of C18.
Therefore, the Principals are requested to take personal attention and give wide publicity to the students on the rationalization of C-09, C-14, C-16 and C-16S to C-18 scheme.

ఏపీలో టెన్త్ పరీక్షల నిర్వహణకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నట్లు రాష్ట్ర విద్యా శాఖ మంత్రి ఆదిమూలపు సురేష్ వెల్లడించారు. శనివారం ఆయన మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ.. జూన్ 7 నుంచి ఏపీలో టెన్త్ పరీక్షల నిర్వహణకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. విద్యార్థులకు ఆరోగ్యంతో పాటు మంచి భవిష్యత్ అందించాలన్నదే తమ ఉద్దేశమని మంత్రి అన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారమే టెన్త్ పరీక్షలకు విద్యార్థులు ప్రిపేర్ అవ్వాలని.. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో కరోనా పరిస్థితులను బట్టి నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటామని అన్నారు. ఇక కరోనా కట్టడికి సీఎం జగన్ చేపట్టిన చర్యలు మంచి ఫలితాలను ఇస్తున్నాయని మంత్రి అన్నారు.

పదోతరగతి పరీక్షల వాయిదా విషయంలో ఎలాంటి నిర్ణయం తీసుకోలేదని చెప్పారు. వచ్చే మూడు వారాల్లో పరిస్థితులను బట్టి నిర్ణయం ఉంటుందన్నారు. ఈ వివరాలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకున్న హైకోర్టు తదుపరి విచారణను జూన్ 2వ తేదీకి వాయిదా వేసింది.

AP CM – Review Meeting on AP SSC, Inter Exams 2021 ; Decision has announced
Due to the rampant COVID outbreak, the discussions regarding class 10th/SSC and Intermediate academic examinations were going on in the state. AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy will review the matter today, 23rd April. AP Education Minister Adimulapu Suresh has announced the review meeting. Andhra Pradesh Education Minister and other concerned officials to take part in this review session.
AP Education Minister expressed that there is still time to conduct class 10th examinations; while the Intermediate exams will be held from 5th May. The practical exams for Intermediate 2nd year students will be completed within a couple of days. It was revealed that the COVID guidelines are being implemented properly in government educational institutions. He said examinations for classes 1-9 have already been canceled and holidays announced.
Already we were aware of the news that CBSE and ICSE boards canceled the class 10th examinations. Also, the Telangana state government has taken the decision on class 10th and intermediate examinations. Now, the AP Education Department is under the reviews about class 10 and Intermediate examinations. The decision regarding AP SSC and Inter exams will be announced after the review meeting.

AP Education Minister’s Sensational Comments on Cancellation of Examinations
AP Education Minister Adimulku Suresh has responded to the opposition’s demand on cancelation of SSC and Inter examinations. He said that AP Chief Minister will take the final decision on the cancellation of the examinations. Political parties that are supposed to guide students have been criticized for spoiling their future. Nara Lokesh who demands cancellation of exams was also criticized in this regard.
AP Education Minister also commented on Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan for demanding the cancellation of exams. He said Pawan uses the political platforms for his movie promotions.
Adimulapu Suresh said an appropriate decision would be taken in due course on the cancellation of the examinations. He said the future of the students is also important along with the corona.
Adimulapu Suresh has mentioned that he would take a decision on the current situation after discussing it with Chief Minister. He said 90 percent of the inter-practical tests have already been completed and the practical exams will be completed in another two days.

ఏపీలో పది, ఇంటర్ పరీక్షలను రద్దు చేయాలనీ ప్రతిపక్షాలు చేస్తున్న డిమాండ్ పై ఏపీ విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి ఆదిమూలపు సురేష్ స్పందించారు. పరీక్షల రద్దుపై ముఖ్యమంత్రిదే తుది నిర్ణయం అన్నారు. విద్యార్థులను సన్మార్గంలో పెట్టాల్సిన రాజకీయ పార్టీలు వారి భవిశ్యత్ ను కాలరాస్తున్నాయని విమర్శించారు. ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితిపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారితో చర్చించిన తరువాత ఆయనే దీనిపై నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటారని అన్నారు. ఇప్పటికే 90 శాతం ఇంటర్ ప్రాక్టికల్స్ పరీక్షలు పూర్తయ్యాయని మరో రెండు రోజులలో ప్రాక్టికల్స్ పూర్తవుతాయని అన్నారు.
TS Police E Pass Application: Telangana State Government imposed a strict lockdown for 10 days to control the massive spread of COVID. The Telangana state lockdown will be commencing from 12th May and will be continued till 22nd May. The lockdown relaxation is given from 6 Am to 10 Am for the necessities. People who are moving interstate / inter-district through bus, car, or any other transport need to get the Telangana Epass from the TS Police. However, DGP M Mahendar Reddy on Tuesday said that special passes would be issued to those going to other states and other districts through the e-pass system. It is suggested to apply for e-passes issued in case of emergency through the website policeportal.tspolice.gov.in. Passes will only be issued to passengers traveling at times other than when the lockdown has been relaxed for emergencies. He said only those concerned police commissioners and SPs would issue passes to those going to other states and other districts in the state. However, for those coming to Telangana from other states, passes will be issued by the respective states. For those traveling from one Commissionerate to another in Hyderabad, passes will be issued by the Commissionerate where the journey begins. It was clarified that no passes are required for those traveling between 6 and 10 o’clock in the morning during lockdown relaxation time. During the lockdown relaxation time, local transport like metro trains and RTC buses will be available for public transport. Telangana state government has announced the state lockdown yesterday amid the COVID surge. People moving interstate / inter-district must get the epass compulsory for movement. People who violate the lockdown rules will be punished by the government under the disaster management act, 2005. The cases were tremendously increased in various states through the night curfew/ weekend lockdown imposed. Due to this reason, the TS state government imposed a strict lockdown in the state for 20 hours a day. Under emergency situations, only people are permitted to move from one state to other.
