AP 10th Class Exams 2020 Are Postponed Due to Covid 19
AP 10th Class Exams 2020 Postponed: AP Govt has Postponed 10th Class (SSC) examinations commence from 31st March Due to Covid 19. Education Minister Adimulapu suresh has announced the postponement of AP 10th class examinations to be held from March 31. He said the exams would be postponed for two weeks. The Board of Secondary Education Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) board has earlier released a notification for AP Class 10th board examinations. New Examination Schedule to be announced soon.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలు వాయిదా పడ్డాయి. మార్చి 31 నుంచి జరగాల్సిన పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలను వాయిదా వేస్తున్నట్టు విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి ఆదిమూలపు సురేష్‌ ప్రకటించారు. రెండు వారాలపాటు పరీక్షలు వాయిదా వేయనున్నట్టు ఆయన తెలిపారు. మార్చి 31 తర్వాత పరిస్థితులను సమీక్షించి కొత్త తేదీలు ప్రకటిస్తామని చెప్పారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి మంగళవారం ఉదయం కరోనా కట్టడిపై నిర్వహించిన ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమీక్ష అనంతరం విద్యాశాఖ ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. కరోనా వ్యాపి నిరోధక చర్యల్లో భాగంగా ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్రంలో లాక్‌డౌన్‌ కొనసాగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో ప్రభుత్వం ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్టుగా తెలుస్తోంది.

The students of UG (B.Tech and B.Pharm) and PG (M.Tech, M.Pharm, MBA and MCA) are informed to note that the prevailing deadlines for registrations of University exams have been postponed. The revised last dates for fees payment with / without late fee shall be intimated after resuming the academic activities in the University.
Hence the students need not go to their respective colleges for fee payment/ exam related enquires, during these lock-down days.

- Clean hand with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub
- Cover nose and mouth when coughing & sneezing with a tissue or flexed elbow

- Isolation of persons traveling from affected countries or places for at least 14 days
- Quarantine if advised

JNTUH (JNTU-Hyderabad): The Commissioner of Technical Education, Govt. of Telangana, Nampally, Hyderabad, stated that the Coursera is a reputed global online learning platform, offering 100% online Degrees and Certificates, in partnership with Yale University, Illinois University, Columbia University, ISB, IBM, INTEL etc.
All are aware for the present situation i.e. the spreading of COVID- 19 and the potential impact of the outbreak of the Pandemic, due to which Universities / Professional Colleges offering Courses in Engineering/ Pharmacy/MBA/MCA are closed down in Telangana State.
Under the circumstances stated above and in pursuance of advice of the Commissioner of Technical Education, the Vice-chancellor is pleased to inform all the Principals of all the Constituent and Affiliated Colleges offering Professional Courses in Engineering / Pharmacy / MBA / MCA in Telangana State to sign-up to Coursera (www.coursera.org), to provide their enrolled students with free access to more than 3,800 Courses and (400) Specializations from Coursera’s top University and Industry partners. These institutions will have free access until July 31, 2020, after which the Coursera plans to provide month-to-month extensions depending on prevailing risk assessments.

About University: Kakatiya University was established on 19th August, 1976 to fulfil the aspirations of the Telangana people for higher education. The founding of the University was in fact a historic event in the sense that heralded a new era in the realms of higher education of this region. The erstwhile Post-Graduate Centre of Osmania University was upgraded and named Kakatiya University. The development of the University over the years has been gradual but impressive. The University was initially accredited with B+ grade by the NAAC in 2002 and reaccredited with A grade in 2008. The University situated in a sprawling area of about 650 acres, has now 24 departments in four colleges on the campus with a network of eleven constituent colleges and 471 affiliated colleges.
