Analysis of the exam in 2018

In the year 2018, all total of 5 lakhs students appeared for the Manipur board exam. The overall pass percentage of the exam was 68% which was quite a good number. Even the girls showed up a great performance too. Among all 66% girls passed the exam while 67% were the percentage of boys passed in the exam. The pass percentage was the highest one in the year of 2016 which counts up to 88.78% overall. The analysis of the year 2019 can only be done once the exam is complete and the results are out.

The 80th Convocation of Osmania University for conferment of Degrees, Diplomas and Gold Medals on the successful candidates of Annual and Supplementary Examinations of all programmes (including Distance Education) conducted during the period from July, 2012 to June, 2018 will be held on 17th June, 2019. However, the Ph.D. Degrees which are awarded upto 11-6-2019 will also be considered. The candidates who have already taken their degree certificates, in absentia, are not eligible to apply. If they do so, the fee paid will not be refunded.

The regular candidates of all Diploma, UG, PG, M.Phil. and Ph.D. programmes (including those from Autonomous Colleges and PGRRCDE) should submit their applications online through O.U. website www.osmania.ac.in by paying the following prescribed fee.

The candidates who have already taken their degree certificates, in absentia, are not eligible to apply. If they do so, the fee paid will not be refunded.

The candidates who do not register for the Convocation will have to take the Convocation Certificates (Degrees) in absentia.

Application forms from the candidates who passed the examinations prior to July, 2012 and after June, 2018 will not be entertained. However, the Ph.D. Degrees which are awarded up to 11-6-2019 will also be conferred.

A Common Entrance Test, designated as AP Education Common Entrance Test-2019 (AP Ed.CET-2019) will be conducted by the CONVENER, APEd.CET-2019, Sri venkateswara university on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for admission in to B.Ed (Two years) Regular Course in the Colleges of Education in Andhra Pradesh State for the academic year 2019-2020.

Girls continued their lead once again with 95.09 pass percentage compared to boys’ pass percentage of 94.68 in the SSC examinations. School Education Commissioner K Sandhya Rani releasedthe SSC results here on Tuesday (14th May 2019).

Commissioner of School education K. Sandhya Rani said SSC advanced supplementary exams would be held from June 17 to 29 and the last date for paying the examination fee was June 6. She also said that Rs 500 per subject was the fee for recounting and candidates should pay the fee on or before May 30 for recounting.

She added that Rs 1,000 per subject was the fee for re-verification cum supply of the photocopy of valued answer book and the last date was May 30. She stated that candidates who applied for re-verification need not apply for recounting. She added that students could view SSC results on www.bseap.org website and other websites. She further added that the proposal was sent to the government for cancellation of internal marks and the board would implement it after getting approval.

If any reduct‘on in the already awarded marks is noticed, it will be communicated to the candidate with an instuction to surrender/return the original certificate to facilitate issue of the revised certificate w.th the reduced marks. The marks will be revised in the permanent Record of the office. If the candidate concerned fails to comply with the instruction in returning the memo, he has to face the consequences if his certificate referred for verification at a later date. SVUCET 2019 RANKING

There is no qualifying marks in SVUCET-2019 Entrance test. All the candidates appeared for the Entrance test will be awarded test-wise Rank as per marks secured in the test appeared.
When there is a tie on the basis of marks obtained in the test as a whole, it will be resolved on the basis of marks obtained in Section C. If there is still a tie, it will be resolved on the basis of marks obtained in Section B. If there is still a tie, it will be resolved as per seniority in age.
Rank cards shall be downloaded from the website www.svudoa.in after publication of the results (Rank cards will not be sent by post).
The rank obtained in SVUCET–2019 is valid for admission for the academic year 2019-2020 only.
There is no provision for REVALUATION or PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION OF ANSWER SHEETS.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

A. All admissions pertaining to all the colleges would be made through web councelling only by the Directorate of Admissions, S.V.University, Tirupati.

The special category admissions (i.e. PH / NCC / NSS / CAP and Sports) will be conducted through offline mode. It will be done at directorate of admissions, S.V. University, Tirupati after the Certificate Verification.
The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with minimum percentage of marks asmentioned in para 3.1, when he/she is called for the Certificate Verification for admission, failing which thequalified candidates next in rank would be allowed.
Guidelines for certificates verification and web options will be intimated after test results.
Admission into each course will be done by calling at least three candidates for every seat in each category.Candidates have to attend the Certificate Verification at the DOA, at their own expenses with the requireddocuments and fees.
If a candidate fails to attend the Certificate Verification at the specified date and time for whateverreason he/she shall forfeit the seat and the candidate next in rank will be considered for CertificateVerification. Any representation for postponement of the date and time of personal appearance willnot be entertained.
If a candidate reports himself / herself after the Certificate Verification is over with some valid reason, sucha candidate on written representation may be considered for Certificate Verification into the course if onlythere is a vacancy in the particular category for which he/she is eligible.

At the time of Certificate Verification at DOA S.V.University, Tirupati, the following original documents should be submitted by the candidate:

a) SVUCET-2019 Rank card and Hall Ticket.

b) Marks statements and Provisional/Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination

c) Transfer and Conduct certificates (Admission will not be given if T.C. from the institution where the candidate studied last is not submitted) **

d) SSC and Intermediate pass certificates

e) Two Passport size photographs

f) Study certificates from IX class to qualifying examination

g) Caste certificate in original from the Tahshildar in case of SC/ST/BC candidates, obtained in the year 2019 OR permanent caste certificate

TS 10th Class/SSC Revaluation, Recounting, Re-Verification Application Form 2019: Students could apply for recounting of marks paying Rs. 500 per subject and the fee would be Rs. 1,000 per subject in case they want reverification of the answer sheets. The Board of Secondary Education, however, asked students to pay the fee and appear for the supplementary examinations without waiting for the results of the recounting and reverification of their papers.

Failed candidates have an other opportunity to give their best shot at the exams as Advanced Supplementary Exams are scheduled to be held from June 10 to June 24. The last date for remittance of exam fee is May 27. However, students can pay with a late fee of Rs 50 until June 8, which is two days before the start of the exams. Since the time available for the conduct of supplementary exams is less, failed candidates were advised to remit the exam fee without waiting for results of recounting or re-verification.

Telangana Board of Secondary Education has declared the TS 10th class results 2019 on 13th May. The results is available on the official results portal for the Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana. A total of nearly 5.47 lakh students appeared for the tenth exams, of which 5.06 lakh students were regular ones while 40, 526 appeared as private candidates. The pass percentage of private candidates was at 56.53.

13) Enclose One Self addressed envelope of 12 X 9 1/2 (book size) without stamps and another cover of 10 X 4 1/2 with the address of the Head master concerned.

14) The Challan has to be paid by the individual candidates only and no group challan will be accepted.

15) Application for recounting will be accepted in the 0/o Director of Government Examinations only.

1) Re totalling

2) Whether marks for all answers are posted or not.

3) Re-verification as per the Principles of valuation for only those answers which are Un-valued. Un-valued answers will be valued and marks will be awarded.

4) If any reduction in the already awarded marks is noticed it will be communicated to the candidate with an instruction to surrender/ return the original certificate to facilitate issue of the revised certificate with the reduced marks. The marks will be revised in the permanent record of the office. If the candidate concerned fails to comply with the instruction in returning the memo, he has to face the consequences if his certificate referred for verification at a later date. The Department is not responsible for the action of the candidate.
