UP Jail Fireman Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates willing to apply for Fireman Vacancies must have the minimum educational qualification of class 12th pass from any of the recognized board.

Physical Standards

Aspirants applying for UP Fireman Posts must have the suitable physical standards [refer the notification].

Age Limit

Aspirants seeking to apply for UP Fireman posts must be in between 18 to 22 years. Candidates belong to reservation category will get age relaxation as per norms.

Age Relaxation of 3 years for OBC Candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates will be applicable.

Selection Process

Candidates will have to qualify in all the rounds of the selection process to get the job as Fireman. The selection process includes the following rounds.

  • Written Exam
  • Physical Test
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination & Police Verification

Pay Scale

Candidates shortlisted in the selection process will be appointed in fireman posts. Appointed candidates will get a good pay scale of Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month.

Andhra Pradesh State Government has announced a large number of posts for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan this year. The teaching and non-teaching posts have been advertised by the AP State. The SSA Teaching and Non-teaching posts have been advertised district-wise. To appoint the suitable candidates into AP SSA jobs the AP Government is planning to assign the responsibility to 12 organizations. The details of selecting authorities, application dates, and selection process will be soon intimated by the state government of AP. Candidates initially go through the written test and later they will be filtered for the interview round. Aspirants fulfilling all the selection rounds will be finally appointed in the announced posts. Selected aspirants will get a good pay scale as per the norms.

In order to conduct the written test for the applicants of teaching posts, the Government is going to form a committee with DED College principal, District Educational Officer, SSA Project Officer. The whole selection process will be supervised by the district collector. Recently, the AP Government has appointed the teachers in SSA schools on a temporary basis. The aspirants who are presently working in SSA schools will have to write the screening test and qualify the test to sustain in the position.

The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of objective type, written examination consisting of 2 papers of 3 hours each. Paper-I for 150 marks on General Knowledge and General Mental Ability. Paper-II for 150 marks on TPR Act 2018, Panchayat Raj Institutions and Local Governance, Rural Development, Telangana History, Culture, Geography and Economy and Government Schemes.
