In view of COVID Pandemic situation, all University Examinations including last chance examinations scheduled from 10.05.2021 are postponed and the new dates of examinations will be intimated later.

All the Principals of the Government/Aided/Private Un-aided Polytechnics including II shift Polytechnics in Engineering Colleges/Pharmacy institutions are hereby informed that, the summer vacation is declared from 05-05-2021 to 31-05-2021 and the revised Academic Schedule will be intimated in due course.

As per the instructions of the Government, the Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, A.P., Vijayawada announce the Postponement of Intermediate Public Examinations, 2021 (Theory) Scheduled to commence from 05.05.2021.
The dates of conducting the examinations will be intimated in due course. The students will be given information at least 15 days before the start of /PE March 2021 (Theory).
Holidays are hereby declared to all the Junior colleges from 03.05.2021 (Monday) until the schedule of postponed examinations is announced. All the Teaching and Non-Teaching staff should attend the colleges as and when the dates are announced for conducting the examinations.

As per the High Court Advice, Ap government has been taken decision to step back to conduct exams and postponed the scheduled dates. JNTUH Schedules for Conducting Mid Term Exams & Other PG Exams May 2021: A Letter To principals Has been issued from Jntuh Regarding Conducting Of Mids For Various PG & UG courses.
JNTUH-EB- Schedules for conducting mid- term exams & M.Tech. CVV in one-time-chance exams -Reg
The Principals are informed to note the schedule of mid-term exams of UG and PG students:
The time-tables of mid-term exams of the above said UG exams have been kept in the portals. No separate time-table will be given to PG courses.
If the COVID-19 pandemic conditions prevail in the last week of May, 2021, the I mid-term exams of II-II and III-II B. Tech. & B.Pharm. courses, which are scheduled from 31-05-2021 shall also be conducted in the same mode as specified in the letter dated 26-04-2021 (Ref. 1).
If any student was not able to attend the PG project viva- voce exam due to COVID- 19, hallticket numbers of such students should be intimated to Exam Branch. A separate viva-voce exam shall be conducted for all such COVID-19 positive students. Similarly, if any student is not able to write the mid-term exams to COVID-19, the mid exams may be conducted by the college for such students at a later date.
The M.Tech/MPharmacy students who completed course work of their first two semesters and all attempts, but not appeared for comprehensive viva voce (CVV) exam are also given an opportunity to clear the CVV followed by project-viva exam under one-time-chance exams.
The Principals are informed to arrange to intimate the back-log subjects of each one- time-chance student andensure that all the students avail this opportunity. The cooperation of the Principals is highly solicited.

JNTUK New Procedure For Apply Tatkal PC and Other Certificates
Sub: JNTUK – KKD – University Examination Center – New procedure for obtaining Tatkal PC and other certificates etc., from JNTUK – Reg.
In view of the rising COVID – 19 pandemic cases in University Examination Center, JNTUK Kakinada, the following new procedure is adopted for the issue of Tatkal PC and other certificate by the University Examination Center from 30.04.2021 to 08.05.2021.
The students can apply for Original Degree, Migration Certificates, Genuinity Certificates, etc., at www.jntukexams.net and certificates will be posted to the address specified by the candidates.
For obtaining Provisional Certificate under TATKAL scheme, the student need to pay the fee online at www.jntukexams.net and submit the required document viz., applications, SSC, and Marks Memos, etc., to the concerned colleges. After verification of applications, the colleges will submit the applications before 12 noon every day to the University Examination Branch through examination portal. The TATKAL PC applications will be processed immediately and a soft copy will be sent to the candidate and the principal of the college within 24 hours and hard copy will be sent by post to the address given.
For Transcripts, Duplicate PC & CMM, Duplicate OD, Duplicate Marks Memos, etc., the students need to pay required fee online at www.jntukexams.net and submit the document by post to “The Controller of Examinations, JNTUK Kakinada “. The requested certificates will be sent by post to the address given. Except for Original Degree and TATKAL PC, for an amount of Rs.50/- will be collected towards the postal charges in addition to the normal fee. The students may be informed accordingly.

TS-SBTET Circular on conduct of online classes and completion of syllabus of II and IV semesters
In continuation of this office letter in ref 3rd cited above, all the Principals of the Govt/ Aided/ Private Un-aided including II shift Polytechnics in Engineering Colleges/Pharmacy colleges are hereby informed that II & IV semester examinations will be held in the 1st week of July 2021.
Hence you are requested to continue online classes and complete the II & IV semester syllabus and upload the syllabus coverage in SBTET SS portal for every week. In this connection, the Principals are informed to follow the above instructions scrupulously and extend personal attention to complete the syllabus on priority basis.
TS SBTET C18 Exam Paper Pattern Changed For All C18 I, II, IV & V Semesters
Sub: – SBTET- Pre-Exams- Revised End Semester Examination pattern in view of existing COVID-19 pandemic situation for all C18 I, II, IV & V semesters in the Academic Year 2020-2021 –Communicated- Reg.
Ref: Minutes of the Committee Meeting held on 29-04-2021.
With reference to the subjected above, as per the C18 Curriculum Mid-I, Mid-II & End Exams are to be conducted for I, II, IV & V (50% of left over students) Semesters. In View of COVID-19 Pandemic situation students are attending classes online.
1. After Examining the Pandemic situation, the Committee recommended to conduct one End exam only instead of Mid-I, Mid-II & End Exams for I, II, IV & V Semesters for AY 2020-21
2. The Committee recommended to conduct a single examination with three hours duration to minimize physical contact of the students instead of MID-1, MID-2 & End Examination separately in view of existing COVID-19 pandemic situation for all I, II, IV & V Semesters in the Academic Year 2020-2021 as per the revised blue print shown below to overcome practical difficulties in evaluation.
3. It is further recommended to scale up the marks secured by the student for 60 to 80 and distribute 25%, 25% and 50% marks to MID1, MID2 and End Examinations respectively and process the semester result of the student for theory & Practical.
4. If any student fails in the Examination the Mid I & II marks awarded during this, exam holds good and he has to appear for the end examination in the supplementary for 40 Marks, pass criteria as per the existing C-18 Curriculum rules and regulations.
5. If any student absent in this examination the Mid I & II Examination are also treated as absent.
All the Principals are requested to inform about the revised Examination pattern for all C-18 I, II, IV & V (50% of left-over students) Semesters in the Academic Year 2020-2021 to all Staff and Students with vide publicity.

TS POLYCET 2021 Exam Postponed, Which is Scheduled on 12-06-2021
The POLYCET-2021 Examination (Offline), scheduled on 12-06-2021 (Saturday) from 11:00 AM to 01:30 PM, and the online registration of applications, scheduled to commence on 01-05-2021, are postponed to a later date in view of COVID-19 pandemic situation prevailing in the Telangana State.
JNTUK B.Tech/B.Pharmacy 1-1, 1-2 Sem Lab Exams Dates May 2021
All the Principals of affiliated colleges are hereby informed that the Regular/ Supplementary Laboratory external examinations, May 2021 for I B.Tech. I/II Sem. & I B.Pharmacy II Sem. are to be conducted from 03-05-2021 to 31-05-2021.
The above examinations are to be conducted without any inconvenience to the external (Theory) examinations. The reports/OMR sheets of the above exams are to be submitted in person to CE office as per the below schedule.
