GSEB HSC Rechecking/Revaluation Form 2020 Details – How to Apply Online: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has started accepting the application forms for HSC Revaluation/Recounting. Students who are seeking to apply for HSC rechecking can proceed applying through online at GSEB Official website, gseb.org. The board announced that the HSC rechecking application forms will be accepted from 26 May to 8 June.

Gujarat Board has recently declared the results for Higher Secondary Class (HSC)/Class 12th for Science/Arts/Maths groups. This is to inform to all the Principals and Managements of all the Colleges that in order to receive the Full Tuition Fee reimbursement under Jagananna Vidya Deevena, the Aadhar based Bio-metric attendance of the students is mandatory.

The students have to give the Bio-metric attendance twice a day, in the Morning Session and also in the Afternoon session. You are directed to make these Aadhar based Rio-metric Attendance systems for the students ready for operation, immediately after lifting of the Lockdown period and the restoring of normalcy. Further, Admission process for the new academic year in respective institutes will commence only after receiving the compliance report from the Institute. Similarly. the Adhar Based Bio-metric attendance for the Teaching and Non-teaching staff is also mandatory as a documentary evidence in granting affiliations to the concerned Institution. Arrangements shall he made ready for this also. The number of biometric devices to be procured, should he based on number of students intake. i.e.. with a ratio 1:50.

The cooperation of all the Institutions is solicited in this regard and compliance report may be sent accordingly.

The Principals of the colleges are informed to note the following clarifications with regards to challenge valuation, correction of anomalies in the semester exam registrations and uploaded attendance, due to COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown:

1) IV B. Tech. /B.Pharm I Sem RC/RV results have been announced and the results are made available in the results portal. If any student desires to apply for the Challenge Valuation, the student may be informed to transfer the applicable fee (Rs. 10,000/-) amount to your college Principal/Exam Branch account and after the last date, the challenge evaluation amount of all the students of a specified semester need to be transferred to University Examination Branch account. The same procedure need to be followed as and when the RC/RV results of other semesters are announced by the Examination Branch as long as the lock-down (due to Covid-19 pandemic) continues. The last date for applying IV B.Tech/B.Pharm. I Sem challenge valuation is extended upto 27-05-2020.

2) If there are any corrections in the registrations of University semester examinations of the students, all such cases need to be mentioned in a letter and the same need to be uploaded to registrations portals of respective courses using the Grievances service. If such anomaly attracts any fine, it will be intimated through the same portal to the Principals. The Principals have to arrange for the transfer of the fine amount. All the requested corrections will be incorporated

3) If there is any correction in the uploaded attendence, it should be intimated through a letter (by Principal) and the same letter is to be uploaded to registrations portals of respective courses using the Grievances service. Along with the letter, the scanned copies of the attendance registers of the student(s) should also be uploaded as a proof of the claim. If the claim is found to be genuine, the request shall be accepted with an applicable fine amount.

JNTUH New guidelines & Schedule to conduct online evaluation of B.Tech/B.Pharmacy 4-2 project viva-voce exam

The Principals are informed to note the following guidelines with regard to conduct of online project evaluation cum viva exams of IV Year B.Tech/B.Pharm II Sem students due to COVID-19 pandemic lockdown :

1) The online project evaluation cum viva examinations of IV BTech / BPharm II Sem. are to be scheduled between 21-05-2020 to 31-05-2020, using online video conferencing mode only..

2) The video conferencing platform should be identified by the college from Cisco WebEx/ Google Meet / Microsoft Teams / BigBlueButton or any other alternative video conferencing platform. The students should be trained to get acquinted with the usage of the same.

3) University shall appoint one external examiner for every batch (section) of around 60 students. The comfort of the external examiner with the (identified) video conferencing platform should also be taken into consideration.

4) The time scheduling of batch-wise project evaluations of the entire section need to be done by the respective heads of the department. The same should be communicated to the students as well as to the external examiners.

5) The students should submit softcopy of their respective project-works (one report for each batch) to the college. The soft-copies of these project reports should be grouped section-wise. All project reports of one section should be mailed to the external examiners of respective sections/branch at least one day before the scheduled date of project viva exam.

6) There must be one internal evaluation of the projects using the same online video conferencing plot form. This internal evaluation should be scheduled at least one day before the external project evaluation date. This online internal project evaluation should carry sufficient weightage in the assessment of internal marks of the project work.

7) The team of project evaluation should comprise of external examiner, guide and other members as specified in academic regulations. All the students of one project batch (who are present) should be evaluated at one time slot.

8) The video mode must be set on at the student terminals while evaluation is being done and all the students must be visible to the evaluation committee at the time of evaluation. The resposibility of identification of the students of project batches lies with the guides of the respective batches during the project work evaluation.

9) The video of all the project-viva proceedigns should be recorded and preserved in the department for future verifications purpose. Necessary applications have to be installed for recording the proceedings of the evaluation.

10) The colleges should instruct students to submit their hard-copy project reports to the colleges on or before the date of issue of hall-tickets (for writing their IV-II sem exams). The bonafide certificates in the project reports should be signed by superviser(s), HOD and the Principal and issue the student copy to the students by retaining the dept. copies.

11) Due to internet bandwidth problems, if any student is unable to attend for online project evaluation, a separate session with the same external examiner shall be scheduled at a later date. The details of all such students should be intimated to this office by the Principals in writing on or before 05-06-2020.

12) This time a new service is added in view of COVID-19 pandemic lockdown for external marks upload. The external project Viva-voce evaluation marks shall be uploaded to the exams registration portal from Principals’s login and take printout of provisional report on the day of Project Viva-voce exam. The external examiner will login to the portal with the JNTUH communicated credentials and will verify the uploaded marks. He can also alter the marks if required.

13) If any student is absent due to internet problems at his/her place of residence, a separate schedule will be issued later for such students. After completion of Viva-voce exam of such students, their marks will also be posted in the provisional award list by the external examiner and freeze the marks. Once the marks are frozen the colleges can download the final marks reports.

14) The titles of the project reports (of the students) must be meaningful and self-explanatory. The project review committees at the department-level should pay sufficient attention to give inputs to the students to incorporate necessary corrections in the titles of the project works. Appropriate titles of the project works shall be made as one parameter for awarding the marks in the external project evaluation

Sub: ANU – Containment, Control and Prevention of Spread of COVID-19 – Extension of Holidays up to 31.05.2020 – Regd.

In continuation of the earlier circular cited under Ref.(2 & 3), declaring holidays up to 17.05.2020 and in compliance of the G.O. cited in the reference (4) of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. I am by direction to inform you that Acharya Nagarjuna University and ANU Campus. Ongole and its affiliated colleges shall remain closed upto 31.05.2020.

In view of the extension of Holidays as cited above all of the University Examinations scheduled, if any, during the above period have been postponed to a later date and the revised dates of examinations shall be announced after 31.05.2020 and hosted in the University official website. The students and faculty are advised to access University website for further information with regard for reopening and examination schedules of both UG, PG & Professional Courses. The employees of the ANU and ANU Ongole Campus should not leave the headquarters without prior permission and attend to the duty during the lockdown period, if necessary.

Further, the Emergency services like Power House, Water Supply, Security, Sanitary, Health Centre and other essential services will work as usual by taking necessary precautionary measures.

The Principals of Acharya Nagarjuna University Affiliated Colleges are also informed to follow the same with strict adherence.

Government, vide GO (5) cited, issued orders stating that the “Lockdown” measures for containment of COVID-19 epidemic in the country, will continue to remain in force up to 31.05.2020, to contain the spread of COVID-19.

In pursuance of. the Government orders, Lock down period is further extended up to 31.05.2020 for the University and constituent Colleges/Units. Copies of the Government Orders under reference (5) above are herewith enclosed.

The Principals of the Constituent/Autonomous/Affiliated Colleges of INTUK are informed to follow the instructions issued by the Government.
