Department of technical education Andhra Pradesh has going to implement Jumbling System From March/April 2018 Diploma Examinations.

All are aware that the Government of AP has initiated implementation of jumbling process of the Examinations centers to avoid malpractices. if any. as a precautionary. measure. Accordingly the jumbling process of examination centers will be implemented scrupulous, for the diploma examination from March/April 2018 onwards to be conducted by the SBTET, AP, Amaravati 2018.

All the principals of polytechnics (Government, Aided, Private and polytechnics in II shift engineering colleges) are here by informed the guidelines for smooth conduct of the examinations.

Principals of the Polytechnics are requested to Diploma facilitate the smooth conduct of the Examinations for the students allotted to their Polytechnic.
The Principal/Chief Superintendent of the Examination Center ts solely responsible for the prevention of the malpractice in their Centre.
The Polytechnic shall provide sign boards and make other necessary arrangements for easy location of the polytechnics and examination halls.
The principals shall use the appropriate stationery for the conduct of the examination.
The Principal shall provide the facilities like water/ sanitation/ waiting rooms.
The Principals shall see that the students of their Polytechnic carry id cards along With hall tickets to the Examination Centers.
The Chief Superintendents shall follow the seating plan issued / generated by SBTET, AP.
The Chief superintendents have to upload D-Form on the day of Examination.

Further. all the Principals of Polytechnics (Government. Aided, Private and Polytechnics in II shift Engineering Colleges) are requested to provide seating capacity information in the google format by 03-02-2018 by 5.00 PM. NOTIFICATION FOR Pre-Ph.D/ Pre-M.Phill /Pre-MS SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS FOR MARCH – 2018

Supplementary Examinations for the Pre-Ph.D/Pre-M.Phill/Pre-MS will be held on 09th & 12th March – 2018 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM for Paper-I and Paper-II respectively.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

Online Registration particulars and procedure: The Pre-Ph.D/Pre-M.Phill/Pre-MS students who wish to apply for the University examination are informed to note the following procedure for selecting the subjects of Paper-I and Paper–II and for making the Exam fee payment of the of Pre-Ph.D/ Pre-M.Phill /Pre-MS examinations.

1. Visit the University Examinations portal at the URL https://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/prephd-prems

2. Create your registration account before carrying out Pre-Ph.D/Pre-M.S subject registration, if you have not registered earlier.

3. Upload your pass-port size digital photograph while doing registrations. (If not uploaded earlier.) Ensure that the quality of the digital photo is very good. The uploaded photograph must be in the jpg (JPEG) format. If it is in other format, it should be converted to JPEG format and photo file size should not exceed 2MB.

4. Obtain the printout of the Pdf file corresponding to your subject registration details from the same registrations portal.

5. Make the payment online, either by using the payment gateway using Debit / Credit card and Internet Banking or by using the challan of SBI JNTUH Campus branch.

6. The photo copy PDF receipt generated (incase of payment by payment-gateway) or the University copy of the SBI JNTUH Campus branch (in case of challan payment) should be taken.

7. The copy of the printout of the registration receipt (item 4 above) and the payment receipt (as in item 6 above) should be tagged/stapled and send it by post/ in person to ACE(O), Second Floor, Examination Building , JNTU Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, 500 085.

8. The students are informed to download the hall-tickets from the same portal using the ‘Download Hall-ticket’ service from 5 days before start of examinations.

TSPSC Hostel Welfare Officers Notification 2018: Telangana state public service commission has released TSPSC Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-I and grade-II recruitment notification 2018 in Backward Classes and tribal Welfare Department. Eligible candidates can apply for 310 vacancies online on Commission’s WEBSITE (www.tspsc.gov.in) to the post of Hostel Welfare Officers in various Welfare Departments.

All the Principals of Constituent/Affiliated Colleges of JNTUK are hereby informed that all Lab Examinations/viva Voce etc., must be conducted in the Laboratories only. They are also requested to see that other concerned Examiners are also present for the same.

The Principals are further requested to provide CC cameras in the Class rooms and Laboratories of the Colleges. A compliance report in the matter may be sent to the University.
