Note : No Substitute Subject of other IV B.Tech I Sem Readmitted Students (R10 to R13).
Eligible Candidates of AP EAMCET-2016 (M.P.C. Stream) are informed to exercise the options using their old password and Login ID.No. for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in process of allotment, additional seats and seats available in new colleges/courses, if any and also Pharma.D from any Help Line Centre or Internet facility (Café/Home) as per the schedule given below. The Candidates Who have not attended for Certificate verification during first phase should get their certificates verified on 23.07.2016 from any Help Line Center. However the special reservation category candidates ( Anglo Indian/Sports/NCC/CAP/PH) who did not get their certificates verified earlier should get their certificates verified now at Govt. Polytechnic, Near Benz Circle, Vijayawada only on 23/07/2016 and exercise options on the same day and also on 24.07.2016 till 6.00PM as per the Ranks mentioned below.

Who can exercise options?
Note:
1. Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for this Phase of admissions for allotment of a seat and candidates have to exercise options afresh.
2. For Eligibility Criteria, Certificates to be produced and Help Line Centres refer earlier Notification and website: http://apeamcet.nic.in
3. Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on the previous allotment.
4. It is advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies would arise in all colleges in the process of sliding.

The B.Tech/ B.Pharmacy students of JNTUK are requested to collect their PC & CMM on 23-07-2016 from 10.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m. by submitting the applications duly forwarded by the principal of the concerned college.
All the Principals of affiliated/constituent colleges of JNTU KAKINADA are here by informed that the Provisional certificates (PC) and consolidated marks memo (CMM) of B.Tech/B.Pharmacy courses will be issued on 23-07-2016 for the candidates who are eligible for the award of the degree. The Principals are requested to inform the candidates and upload the details of such candidates through the examinations portal on or before 21-07-2016 by 6.00 p.m.
Further, the Principals are requested to submit following to the controller of examinations (UG), JNTU KAKINADA on 23-07-2016 and collect the certificates from the office:

Ref: 1. APSCHE Letter No.APSCHE/UMS-Biometric-Univs. – Colleges/2015, dated 23-07-2015.
2. This office Letter No.RP/Bio-Metric/2015, dated 25-07-2015.
As per the Instructions of the APSCHE and subsequent meeting of Principals/Managements with Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor it is decided to implement Aadhaar based biometric attendance system from the Academic Year 2016-17.
For implementing Aadhaar based biometric attendance system, all the Principals have to register the college in http://attendance.gov.in by using the following steps:
1. Download the on-boarding form, i.e., “Appendix ‘A’ – Application format for Organization on-boarding” from http://attendance.gov.in/ or you can use the attached; fill all the fields (except – NIC Coordinator Mobile, NIC Coordinator e-Mail) scan and e-mail to s3baba@nic.in and pmu.guru@ap.gov.in
2. Obtain the hard copy and soft copy (excel form) of the details of “Employee Information Form” and “Student Form” (attached) from all the faculty/staff and students of the college.
3. And also, it is advised to procure” Aadhaar based biometric attendance system” which support NIC software, which are available directly in the market ( with DGS&D rate contract) to obtain attendance from faculty and students.
Please treat this as most urgent and complete on priority basis, as it is a government initiative and mandatory to avail government supported schemes.
