1. Verification of documents will be done at once for all the disciplines for which the candidate is eligible. If the candidate is eligible for more than one discipline i.e,, for Medical / Dental, Engineering, Architecture, ISM & H, Farm Science, B-Pharm and Pharm-D,2no year B-Pharm (Lateral Entry), then the documents will be verified for all the disciplines at once;

2. However, the candidate is eligible for claiming Religious Minority or Linguistic Minority in Medical and Dental courses can also appear for this document verification as per their CET rank in any discipline, However, they have to come for document verification of those reservations whenever they called for NEET Verification for Medical and Dental courses,

3. The candidates who are qualified / eligible only in UGNEET 2018 for Medical / Dental (not assigned any rank in CET-2018) have to attend UGNEET-2018 document verification later when the schedule is published for NEET verification,

4. If a candidate has got multiple ranks, then he / she can come to the Helpline Centre on the scheduled date as per his / her highest rank either in Veterinary or ISMH or Engineering or Architecture or Farm Science course and need not come again for other ranks in other disciplines.

Candidates who have registered for the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2018, but could not attend the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March, 2018 due to various reasons can register for all subjects for which they were absent. In addition to registering for the absent papers such candidates can also register for improving the scores of upto three papers of the appeared subjects. For eg. a candidate who had appeared for four subjects at the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2018 and was absent for the remaining two subjects can register for the two subjects for which he/she was absent and also register for improving the scores of any three subjects which he/she attended at the First Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2018. LATERAL ENTRY CANDIDATES

Candidates admitted to the Second Year Higher Secondary course from other Boards/Institutions during 2018-2019 shall register and appear for all subjects in this supplementary Examination as lateral entry candidates. They shall undergo Continuous Evaluation in all six subjects of First Year Higher Secondary course. They shall be eligible for registering for the Second Year Higher Secondary Examination March 2019 only if they appear for the First Year Higher Secondary Examination in all subjects, at this Examination.

RE-ADMITTED CANDIDATES

The candidates re-admitted for the Second Year Higher Secondary Course in 2018 and the candidates who cancelled their 2018 Second year examination shall be eligible for getting retained their scores obtained in the first year higher secondary exam previously. The candidate who cancelled the Second Year Exam should attend both the theory and practical examination as the practical evaluation score obtained will be cancelled along with the examination cancellation.

The Government of Telangana vide GO Ms No. 62, Home (Legal) Department dated 06-06-2018 have raised the upper age limit prescribed for appointment by direct recruitment by Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board to various Posts in Police Department, Disaster Response & Fire Services Department, Prisons & Correctional Services Department and Special Protection Force by 3 (three) years for the Notifications already issued in 2018 for various categories of the Posts and also subsequent Notifications to be issued till 30-05- 2019 for the purpose of direct recruitment. In view of the above, the respective Age Eligibility Criteria in all the 4 Notifications issued in Rc Nos. 88, 89, 90 and 91 / Rect / Admn-1 / 2018 dated 31-05-2018 for various Posts are modified and the upper age limit prescribed for appointment by direct recruitment by Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board is raised for all the Posts in each of these Notifications by 3 (three) years.   • S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
  • Hall Ticket in respect of CBSE / ICSE/ NIOS/ TOSS/ APOSS candidates.
  • IV to X Study Certificates.
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C).
  • Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2018 by competent authority, if applicable.
  • Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
  • Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
  • In respect of Non-Local candidates to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates needs to be submitted.

Residence Certificate : Candidates who has resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State ; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State.

Employer Certificate : Candidates who are children of parents who are in the employment of this State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, local bodies , Universities and other similar Quasi Public Institutions within the State at the time of applying for TSPOLYCET-2018 Examination.

TUITION FEE TO BE PAID:

  • The Tuition Fee for Government/ Aided Polytechnics is Rs. 3800/- per annum.
    The Tuition Fee for Private Un-Aided / Self Finance Branch offered in Aided Polytechnics is Rs. 15500/- per annum.
    The Fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.

ALLOTMENT OF SEATS:

  • The provisional allotment of seats will be made on 13-06-2018 and will be placed in the website https://tspolycet.nic.in.
  • For downloading the candidate’s provisional allotment order, enter the ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth in Candidate login in https://tspolycet.nic.in
  • Pay the Tuition Fee mentioned in the Provisional allotment order through online (Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card) within the prescribed time to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
  • If the candidate does not pay the prescribed Tuition Fee within the schedule mentioned, the provisional allotted seat automatically stands cancelled and he / she shall not have any claim on the provisionally allotted seat.
  • In candidate’s login, for all candidates after Self Report through online system, the admission number will be generated. Take the printout and report at the allotted college from 14-06-2018 to 15-06-2018 and handover the original certificates.
  • The candidate will forfeit 100% of Tuition Fee paid if he / she fails to report at the college by 15-06-2018.
  • Follow the further instructions printed on the provisional allotment order.
