The Government of Delhi has launched the e-pass system to the people who are in the essential services departments. At present India is experiencing the lockdown period due to the COVID emergency. While people belongs to some specific departments such as doctor, police, etc need to work to offer to the services to the public. By taking some personal precautions, the people belongs to the essential departments can participate in their works. To ensure this, the Delhi Government has introduced the Janta Samvad e-pass. The Chief Minister of Delhi Government Arvind Kejriwal has taken the important decision to offer the e-pass services for the people who are working in the essential services during the season of lockdown. JNTUK Circular About Exam Schedule, Calendar For UG/PG, Project Works 2020
With reference to the circulars above, JNTUK has taken all preventive measures for the Containment of COVID-19, by lockdown the campuses of Constituent, Affiliated and Autonomous colleges, from 19-03-2020 to 14-04-2020.
Keeping in view, the future and career of outgoing students, the University is planning to complete the academic year without any inconvenience to students for their higher studies and employment by giving utmost importance to academics, duly maintaining the quality.
As per academic calendars, “only few days of instruction period” is left (less than one week) for all UG programmes (except 1st Year). The revised calendar will be issued accordingly as per University norms, after-lockdown.
In this connection, for the benefit of students, the Principals of the Constituent, Affiliated and Autonomous colleges of JNTUK are requested to instruct their faculty members to prepare and supply in the form of e-contents, PPTs etc., to cover the leftover syllabus, if any. Further, the Principals shall make necessary arrangements to share these left over syllabi to the students through their college website, emails, WhatsApp groups, etc.
The Principals shall also make necessary arrangements to complete the ongoing project works of the final year B.Tech. / B.Pharm. and PG students by “work from Home”, during these holidays, in consultation with their respective Project Guides through online and get ready with the soft copy of thesis work.
Further, the Faculty & Students may be advised to make use of e-resources, online/digital platforms of UGC, AICTE and other sources. The Faculty may also be advised to register for online faculty development programs.
The University administration will review the situation of corona pandemic around 14-04-2020 and updated information will be placed in the university website (www.jntuk.edu.in) with regard to reopening and revised examinations schedules in consultation with Government. All the Principals of Autonomous/Affiliated/Constituent Colleges are informed to follow the above and send a compliance report with regard to academic calendars, coverage of syllabus and examination schedules, etc. Further, The Principals, Faculty and Students are informed to stay safe and strictly follow lockdown protocols issued by the Government from time to time.

Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana Beneficiary List 2020
The Finance Minister of India Nirmala Sitharaman has declared the scheme to offer the relief package for the poor. Under this scheme, the cash will be transferred for poor for food security. This package was announced during the lockdown. The beneficiaries list will be available at pib.nic.in.
The Union Finance & Corporate Affairs Minister Smt. Niramla Sitharaman today announced Rs 1.70 Lakh Crore relief package under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana for the poor to help them fight the battle against Corona Virus. While addressing the press conference here today, Smt. Sitharaman said “Today’s measures are intended at reaching out to the poorest of the poor, with food and money in hands, so that they do not face difficulties in buying essential supplies and meeting essential needs.”
The Minister of State for Finance & Corporate Affairs Shri Anurag Singh Thakur was also present besides Shri Atanu Chakraborty, Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs and Shri Debashish Panda, Secretary, Department of Financial Services. Following are the components of the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Package:
PRADHAN MANTRI GARIB KALYAN PACKAGE
I. Insurance scheme for health workers fighting COVID-19 in Government Hospitals and Health Care Centres
Safai karamcharis, ward-boys, nurses, ASHA workers, paramedics, technicians, doctors and specialists and other health workers would be covered by a Special insurance Scheme.
Any health professional, who while treating Covid-19 patients, meet with some accident, then he/she would be compensated with an amount of Rs 50 lakh under the scheme.
All government health centres, wellness centres and hospitals of Centre as well as States would be covered under this scheme approximately 22 lakh health workers would be provided insurance cover to fight this pandemic.
II. PM Garib Kalyan Ann (अन्न) Yojana
Government of India would not allow anybody, especially any poor family, to suffer on account of non-availability of foodgrains due to disruption in the next three months.
80 crore individuals, i.e, roughly two-thirds of India’s population would be covered under this scheme.
Each one of them would be provided double of their current entitlement over next three months.
This additionality would be free of cost.
Pulses:
To ensure adequate availability of protein to all the above mentioned individuals, 1 kg per family, would be provided pulses according to regional preferences for next three months.
These pulses would be provided free of cost by the Government of India.
III. Under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana,
Benefit to farmers:
The first instalment of Rs 2,000 due in 2020-21 will be front-loaded and paid in April 2020 itself under the PM KISAN Yojana.
It would cover 8.7 crore farmers
IV. Cash transfers Under PM Garib Kalyan Yojana:
Help to Poor:
A total of 20.40 crores PMJDY women account-holders would be given an ex-gratia of Rs 500 per month for next three months.
Gas cylinders:
Under PM Garib Kalyan Yojana, gas cylinders, free of cost, would be provided to 8 crore poor families for the next three months.
Help to low wage earners in organised sectors:
Wage-earners below Rs 15,000 per month in businesses having less than 100 workers are at risk of losing their employment.
Under this package, government proposes to pay 24 percent of their monthly wages into their PF accounts for next three months.
This would prevent disruption in their employment.
Support for senior citizens (above 60 years), widows and Divyang:
There are around 3 crore aged widows and people in Divyang category who are vulnerable due to economic disruption caused by COVID-19.
Government will give them Rs 1,000 to tide over difficulties during next three months.
MNREGA
Under PM Garib Kalyan Yojana, MNREGA wages would be increased by Rs 20 with effect from 1 April, 2020. Wage increase under MNREGA will provide an additional Rs 2,000 benefit annually to a worker.
This will benefit approximately 13.62 crore families.
V. Self-Help groups:
Women organised through 63 lakhs Self Help Groups (SHGs) support 6.85 crore households.
Limit of collateral free lending would be increased from Rs 10 to Rs 20 lakhs.
VI. Other components of PM Garib Kalyan package
Organised sector:
Employees’ Provident Fund Regulations will be amended to include Pandemic as the reason to allow non-refundable advance of 75 percent of the amount or three months of the wages, whichever is lower, from their accounts.
Families of four crore workers registered under EPF can take benefit of this window.
Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Fund:
Welfare Fund for Building and Other Constructions Workers has been created under a Central Government Act.
There are around 3.5 Crore registered workers in the Fund.
State Governments will be given directions to utilise this fund to provide assistance and support to these workers to protect them against economic disruptions.
District Mineral Fund
The State Government will be asked to utilise the funds available under District Mineral Fund (DMF) for supplementing and augmenting facilities of medical testing, screening and other requirements in connection with preventing the spread of CVID-19 pandemic as well as treating the patients affected with this pandemic.
For Ration Card Holders (80 Crore People) – 5 KG Ration Free of Cost
White ration card holders will get 5 KG Ration (Wheat & Rice) by the state government. The rice and wheat will be distributed for 80 cr people state-wide. The people will be given the food products free of cost for 3 months of time.
The Home Ministry of India has announced an insurance scheme for all Doctors, Nurse, and other Staff members, who are involved with treating Corona. The Government will offer the 50 Lakh Insurance all medical staff who offer services to fight with this virus (COVID – 19).
Farmers (Who Registered in PM Kisan Yojana) – 2000/- (Send in April First Week)
The registered farmers will get Rs. 2000 (Next due of installment of PM Kisan Yojana) in the First week of April 2020 under PM Kisan Yojana. Under PM Kisan Yojana, 8.69 Crore Farmers will get benefited.
Widow / Poor Citizens / Disabled Pensioner / Senior Citizens – Rs. 1000/- (For Next Three Months)
The Central Govt. will offer extra benefits to Poor Citizens / Widow / Disabled Pensioner / Senior Citizens; a sum of Rs. 1000/- will be offered for the next three months so that they will not face any problems during this lockdown. The amount will be credited to the beneficiaries account by the Government in 2 installment.
Jan Dhan Yojana Beneficiary – Rs. 500/- For Next Three Months
Jan Dhan Yojana offers the benefits of Rs 500/- for the next 3 months for more than 20 cr women across the nation. The amount will be paid through 2 installments.
EPF – The government will be paid 24% (12%+12%) for Next Three Months
Finance Ministry of India to pay the EPF of Employee and Employer (If less than 100 employees in their company) for the employees with monthly income less than Rs 15,000 per month. The Govt. will pay 24% (12%+12%) for Next Three Months.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced the benefits of Rs 63 lakh for SHG workers. The workers will get extra benefits of Rs 10 lakh collateral loan. The SHG Worker’s scheme will offer the benefits for 7 cr families under national rural livelihood. The collateral loan amount has been increased to Rs 20 lakh from Rs 10 lakh.

The welfare of Building and other construction workers (BOCW) has released the 31000 Crore Funds for Construction Worker. Approximately, 3.5 Crore Construction workers will be benefited from this scheme.

After downloading the AP model School class 6th entrance exam hall ticket, students can check all the information printed on their respective hall tickets. After checking the details, if any spelling mistake appears in name, date of birth, or any other column, students can request corrections from the APMS through email/phone. The APMS authorities will correct the details and issues the new admit card with accurate details.

The hall ticket will be downloaded.

And take a printout of the hall ticket to carry to the examination.
JNTUH Circular About Revised Sem Exam Fee, Exam Dates April 2020
The Principals, students and parents of the students are informed to note that only circulars or letters which are made available in JNTUH official website (www.jntuh.ac.in ) and Principal/Student service portals of JNTUH are authentic.
Further the students and parents of constituent and affiliated colleges of the University are cautioned not to trust the fake news which are available in private portals & social media and informed to verify the authenticity of any such news either by visiting the official website / portals of the University or by contacting the Principals of the respective colleges.
The revised dates of semester examinations, the revised deadlines for making the semester exam fees etc. shall be intimated after 30-04-2020 ( ie. after the lockdown period is over).

JNTUH Extension of Declared Holidays upto 30-04-2020 – Control and Prevention of COVID-19
In continuation of the University Circular (2) cited and the G.Os vide ref (1) and (3) cited, the Government of Telangana have issued orders and continuation orders issued there to, that were given effect upto 31.03.2020, is extended upto 30th April 2020.
Under the circumstances stated above, the Vice-Chancellor has issued following orders to prevent for spreading of COVID-19 Virus in the State of Telangana:
i. All the Principals of the Constituent/Affiliated Colleges (Autonomous and Non-Autonomous) and Directors of all the Units are requested to close their respective Units till 30th April 2020.
